*BUYER BEWARE* We pre-ordered $2400 worth of iPhones. The salesman was very helpful and made the order easy. We were called when the phones arrived and picked them up the same day. When we got there the associate brought us our phones and opened the boxes and we started to set up the device while he ported my number over to Verizon from T-Mobile. I brought my own case and screen protector and told them I didn't want the one they were trying to sell me. They told me no problem all I needed to do was to pay the tax on the device. They rang me up and told me the receipt would be emailed to me. After seeing my girlfriends phone would take 2 hours to transfer her photos to the new device, they told me to take the phones home and finish the set up. Upon getting home I saw they charged me $19.99 "Ready 2 Go setup fee" for each phone. I was never asked if I wanted this and was not told I was being charged for this. These are very sneaky and dishonest business practices. My phone was not set up by them, they told me to go home and finish it. I even spent 2 hours getting iMessages to work because I didn't de-activate my old phones iMessages before trying to activate the new one (Surely if my phone was "Ready 2 Go" this would have been set up for me right?). I was never told I was being charged this amount and I want a refund. Customer support claims they can't help me. I've spoke with Josh the assistant manager who claims he has to talk with the manager of the store but then will not return my calls. *UPDATE* After 2 days and about 15 phone calls on my part, they agreed to refund me the set-up fees. My advise is be careful and be aware of what you're getting into with this place. read more

We were looking to change providers due to coverage issues. We spend a lot of time in the mountains and needed coverage in these locations. We stopped at this store as it is real close to where we live. The sales people greeted us as we entered the store and said they would be with as soon as they could. A rep named Sunshine helped us select the phone and the plan that would best serve our needs. Sunshine helped us with the phones as we had never used the smart phones before, filled out the rebate papers and answered our questions. Later I had to go back as my husband's phone was not working correctly and while I waited I noticed their interaction with former customers . Even though they might of been with others customers she and the others took the time to address them as they walked in. This type of customer service is lacking in most business and was refreshing to see it. Made you feel like friends and not just a customer. If you like friendly and compete reps this is the place to. I have always upgraded my phone online. I am so glad I broke from tradition on this one and went into this store. Ryan C. made my whole experience great as well as saved me a bunch of money. The wait time is this store is not bad. But the customer service is the best! Not only does Ryan remember who you are when you walk in but he treats you like family. I ended up buying accessories that I normally would have gotten off of e-bay here just because of the service. I have been with Verizon for many years and am very happy with their phone service. I've had better customer service at this Verizon than I've ever had before. I had been struggling with an old phone, and only came into this store on a whim (it's not the store nearest to my home) and I was stunned and amazed. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I got help with transferring content from my old phone to my new one, and was given an in depth understanding of how to use my new gadget. From now on, I will always make the drive out to the Spanaway store when I need help. I'd give this store a million stars if I could! read more

Nicole at Go Wireless is amazing. She genuinely cares about you and the service she gives. I have been using Nicole as my main person to upgrade phones, add new lines or even look at my bill to see if I am on the best plan. She goes above and beyond to make sure all her clients are happy. I started working with her years ago at their Bonney Lake location, but she is so great that when she was transferred I followed her out to her new store. Went to GoWireless because I had an issue with my cell phone. Sunshine not only fix my cell phone but show me how to save money on my bill and got me a amazing deal on an iPad mini. When I went to pick up my iPad she a small gift for my 4 year old daughter. u don't get customer service like that anymore. I will never go back to a reguler Verizon store again. One of the greatest retail experiences I have ever had. Went in with a phone on the end of it's life expecting to pay to have it fixed but was able to upgrade to a great new phone! Amber, the store associate who helped me, was extremely friendly and had expert knowledge on the entire store and the phone plan process. Today went in and had Peter as a rep serve me. I was having problems with my phone. He helped me with this very quickly and politely and then he introduced me to the Samsung tablet and offered me a great deal on this....VERY PLEASED. Previous experience with this store has not been good..then I reluctantly went in looking to get new phones. Met with Sunshine Sortonis and she totally redeemed this store. Signed up for Comcast too.
