AT&T overall has terrible customer service hence the poor reviews. Jasper did the fast talking salesman pitch that I stupidly fell for. I had an Elite plan that included HBO max (a plan they no longer offer) that Jasper point blank told me that they no longer partner with HBO so I would be losing HBO in the near future anyway so I should go with a cheaper plan to save money. His first lie. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be cheaper or the same cost to add a business line. Second lie. When all was said and done I confirmed multiple times if the only changes that were made were to my phone line. He said yes. Third lie. The only reason I found out that I had made a major mistake is because afterwards I confirmed everything with a friend who works at another AT&T store. Not only did Jasper DOWNGRADE my other phone line plans to account for the "cheaper monthly bill", he made me lose out on the HBO services that I would've continued to have if he had not touched my account and when I went back to return the phone I had traded my old phone in for, they did not reverse the purchase and now I'm stuck not being able to upgrade my phone because their absolutely flawed system thinks I still have the new phone. Apparently this isn't the first time this store has swindled people by committing fraud in order to bump up their sales. This is a KNOWN fact that was shared with me by a corporate location when I went to undo Jasper's many mistakes. I was never given receipts that would itemize everything that he did to my account. Now I know why. It took me 5 days to reach someone from Consumer Loyalty and even they didn't fix the situation completely.

When we walked into the store we were not greeted by anyone we sat at a table expecting 1 of the 4 employees to come greet us that never happened. The manager and 2 employees were to occupied with what ever he had on his laptop the 4th employee was with a customer. When I decided to leave I walked over to them and asked if there was another store that could help me since they were ignoring me and instead of asking what I needed they told me where another store was. I have been a customer of att since 1992 and have spent a lot of money on your products to be treated the way we were. I will be canceling all of my lines thru your company and will go to a company that values there customers. How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening.

The iPhone 12, 12PRO, and 12PROMAX which he quoted $140 a month. They did not have the color I wanted, so he recommended me get it delivered via UPS 2day shipping. If I did this I would not see my new reflected bill till everything is sent. I look on my T-MOBILE account the next day and see that TWO lines were added (a one time $60 fee) AND my monthly bill was now $164. I call Art to ask what's going on and he told me he couldn't help me. I had to call 611. And that he didn't even know he added two lines to y account..... Hooray. So I drove out there, the door was locked and the lights were out, during business hours. I called today and he said he was there right now, so I drove over. He kept me waiting for ninety minutes. Then when I asked, he said he doesn't even carry the kind of phone I wanted to buy anyway. I asked what other deals he had. He quoted me prices that were thirty dollars higher than his competitors (Metro, Cricket and T-Mobile). I told him he was too expensive. He told me to take it or leave it. What a phenomenal waste of time.

They also make sure I am on the best plan available. I love the free music streaming as I listen to Pandora when I drive. Free International Texting and Data is fantastic. My daughter is in Europe and while others have to be stingy with their texting and/or need to get a local SIM card, she has 100% use of her phone with no extra issues.

Verizon has us as customers for life…read more Not only are they very helpful when us old geezers (usually my husband) can't figure out something tech-related, but they are oh so reasonable. We were already happy with our cell service by Verizon. Then our television and internet services ended their contracts with each other, so we had to change our internet provider. The one we chose first was a huge, huge mistake. I won't say which one. This post isn't about that mockery of a service, it's about Verizon, and Verizon helped us a lot. It pleased us very much to find out that in addition to cell phones and service, Verizon also provides internet. We've had it some time now, without a hitch. Very few service outages, and when they do happen, they are resolved quickly. Not only is their service faster AND less expensive than the one we erroneously chose the first time, but they also helped us offset the cancellation fees we had to pay in order to get rid of the mistake. Thank you, Verizon, and I only wish you provided television service in our area too.
