My daughter is in Europe and while others have to be stingy with their texting and/or need to get a local SIM card, she has 100% use of her phone with no extra issues.

AT&T overall has terrible customer service hence the poor reviews. Jasper did the fast talking salesman pitch that I stupidly fell for. I had an Elite plan that included HBO max (a plan they no longer offer) that Jasper point blank told me that they no longer partner with HBO so I would be losing HBO in the near future anyway so I should go with a cheaper plan to save money. His first lie. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be cheaper or the same cost to add a business line. Second lie. When all was said and done I confirmed multiple times if the only changes that were made were to my phone line. He said yes. Third lie. The only reason I found out that I had made a major mistake is because afterwards I confirmed everything with a friend who works at another AT&T store. Not only did Jasper DOWNGRADE my other phone line plans to account for the "cheaper monthly bill", he made me lose out on the HBO services that I would've continued to have if he had not touched my account and when I went back to return the phone I had traded my old phone in for, they did not reverse the purchase and now I'm stuck not being able to upgrade my phone because their absolutely flawed system thinks I still have the new phone. Apparently this isn't the first time this store has swindled people by committing fraud in order to bump up their sales. This is a KNOWN fact that was shared with me by a corporate location when I went to undo Jasper's many mistakes. I was never given receipts that would itemize everything that he did to my account. Now I know why. It took me 5 days to reach someone from Consumer Loyalty and even they didn't fix the situation completely.

How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening.

The store was slammed and he was busting his tail to serve every one. Part of the reason the store was "slammed" is that an elderly couple had a problem with a phone they purchased 6 months ago and were just now getting the problem resolved. To be fair, they were two very difficult people to deal with too. (my observation). Yet Barry handled them in a very courteous manner while dealing with tech support on the phone who I suspect were not the most patient. Again, Barry showed the patience of Job! It was a wait. And for not having back up for the sales staff, I took a star off from the store from what I would have given had the service been more prompt. (not Barry's fault).

If I did this I would not see my new reflected bill till everything is sent. I look on my T-MOBILE account the next day and see that TWO lines were added (a one time $60 fee) AND my monthly bill was now $164. I went there with a "copy" project that needed to be done. I had two things that needed to be…read moreenlarged on a copier and a set of plans that I needed to copies of. I was there on a Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready on Wednesday. They said I could pay extra and have it done immediately, or wait for them to do it, which would make it ready on Wednesday. I didn't need them immediately so I said Wednesday would be fine. They said keep an eye on your email because if they're done early, will let you know. I didn't receive an email so I went there on Wednesday afternoon to pick them up at which time they told me they were not ready but I could come back at 7 PM and they would be ready. I decided not to go back that night at 7 PM, but I went the next morning around 8:30 AM and guess what they still were not done. In fact, they hadn't even been started yet. So I had to wait and the young lady behind the counter did the project for me. I asked to speak to the manager, whose name was Shawn. I explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for expecting them to be done at the last minute?? I told him I didn't understand because I came in on Monday and they told me I could pick them up on Wednesday not that I said I needed them by Wednesday. He told me there is never a set time when projects will be finished; you just have to watch for the email that says they are finished. I feel like if I waited for an email I would be waiting still to this day. That manager, Shawn was absolutely useless and had no customer service abilities. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything from him, just letting him know the situation. You can imagine, I will not be back to this location or probably any location for this kind of need. Moving forward I'll most likely find another place that can do the job in a timely manner.

So I drove out there, the door was locked and the lights were out, during business hours. I called today and he said he was there right now, so I drove over. He kept me waiting for ninety minutes. Then when I asked, he said he doesn't even carry the kind of phone I wanted to buy anyway. I asked what other deals he had. He quoted me prices that were thirty dollars higher than his competitors (Metro, Cricket and T-Mobile). I told him he was too expensive. He told me to take it or leave it. What a phenomenal waste of time.
