Verizon has us as customers for life…read more Not only are they very helpful when us old geezers (usually my husband) can't figure out something tech-related, but they are oh so reasonable. We were already happy with our cell service by Verizon. Then our television and internet services ended their contracts with each other, so we had to change our internet provider. The one we chose first was a huge, huge mistake. I won't say which one. This post isn't about that mockery of a service, it's about Verizon, and Verizon helped us a lot. It pleased us very much to find out that in addition to cell phones and service, Verizon also provides internet. We've had it some time now, without a hitch. Very few service outages, and when they do happen, they are resolved quickly. Not only is their service faster AND less expensive than the one we erroneously chose the first time, but they also helped us offset the cancellation fees we had to pay in order to get rid of the mistake. Thank you, Verizon, and I only wish you provided television service in our area too.

They also gave me credit for donation my old cell phone. My only con: I wish there had been more active floor models to sample. Takes the time to explain what I have and how the product or service(s) benefit me. 4. Responsive- when I have an issue with a Verizon product, Jarred takes an active role in the resolution of a problem, much to my relief--he takes ownership. In my observation, I think Verizon needs more people like Jarred running a store, and I hope those in higher management consider and evaluate him, or find a way to give him the much deserved recognition that should come with this front end job. We didn't know where to go but then found out about reconnect repair in tacoma mall. They just opened up but these guys went the extra mile to fix the iPhone. They replaced the charging port but the phone still didn't turn on, then they did more research and fixed the issue but the price never went up even though they did double the work. My mom is now happy the iPhone works. thank you for the great service guys! Even my buddy who works at apple told me that the apple store in the mall refers customers to reconnect repair if apple technicians can't fix the issue. Spent $371 to have a cracked screen repaired on my phone, which was fully functional when leaving…read moreit with them for the screen replacement. After picking it up, the camera, both front and back photo functions have issues. "Selfie" camera function just goes to a blurry screen and locks up. Regular camera will take one picture then displays "camera failed" on the screen. When I took it back to them and explained they may have fixed the crack in the screen but they broke the camera, this place refused to take responsibility for damaging the camera during repairs. They offered NO resulution other than we will replace your camera for the cost of parts, mind you the camera was fine at time of drop off. They wouldn't even put the cracked screen back on the phone and refund the repair cost. I will never take another device to them for ANY kind of repair, nor will I recommend their services to anyone. They do not stand behind the work they do and will not take responsibility for damage they cause. Do not trust them! There are at least two other businesses in the mall that offer the same repair services, do yourself a favor and use one of them instead.

The store was slammed and he was busting his tail to serve every one. Part of the reason the store was "slammed" is that an elderly couple had a problem with a phone they purchased 6 months ago and were just now getting the problem resolved. To be fair, they were two very difficult people to deal with too. (my observation). Yet Barry handled them in a very courteous manner while dealing with tech support on the phone who I suspect were not the most patient. Again, Barry showed the patience of Job! It was a wait. And for not having back up for the sales staff, I took a star off from the store from what I would have given had the service been more prompt. (not Barry's fault).

This place…read morecompletely ruined my phone plans and were "unable to help" fix the mistakes that their employee JASPER made right in front of the store manager Cory. AT&T overall has terrible customer service hence the poor reviews. Jasper did the fast talking salesman pitch that I stupidly fell for. I had an Elite plan that included HBO max (a plan they no longer offer) that Jasper point blank told me that they no longer partner with HBO so I would be losing HBO in the near future anyway so I should go with a cheaper plan to save money. His first lie. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be cheaper or the same cost to add a business line. Second lie. When all was said and done I confirmed multiple times if the only changes that were made were to my phone line. He said yes. Third lie. The only reason I found out that I had made a major mistake is because afterwards I confirmed everything with a friend who works at another AT&T store. Not only did Jasper DOWNGRADE my other phone line plans to account for the "cheaper monthly bill", he made me lose out on the HBO services that I would've continued to have if he had not touched my account and when I went back to return the phone I had traded my old phone in for, they did not reverse the purchase and now I'm stuck not being able to upgrade my phone because their absolutely flawed system thinks I still have the new phone. Apparently this isn't the first time this store has swindled people by committing fraud in order to bump up their sales. This is a KNOWN fact that was shared with me by a corporate location when I went to undo Jasper's many mistakes. I was never given receipts that would itemize everything that he did to my account. Now I know why. It took me 5 days to reach someone from Consumer Loyalty and even they didn't fix the situation completely.

We had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with AT&T corporate to get it all fixed. AT&T corporate informed us that these "authorized stores" often make false promises and add things to your account that you never authorized. Steer clear from this place.! We were promised a monthly bill of $149 but our bill was a staggering $398..... AT&T corporate now has this issue corrected. I will take my business to the capital mall AT&T location next time.
