Yelp does indeed need a zero star option. Go to a corporate AT&T store if you can. This place completely ruined my phone plans and were "unable to help" fix the mistakes that their employee JASPER made right in front of the store manager Cory. AT&T overall has terrible customer service hence the poor reviews. Jasper did the fast talking salesman pitch that I stupidly fell for. I had an Elite plan that included HBO max (a plan they no longer offer) that Jasper point blank told me that they no longer partner with HBO so I would be losing HBO in the near future anyway so I should go with a cheaper plan to save money. His first lie. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be cheaper or the same cost to add a business line. Second lie. When all was said and done I confirmed multiple times if the only changes that were made were to my phone line. He said yes. Third lie. The only reason I found out that I had made a major mistake is because afterwards I confirmed everything with a friend who works at another AT&T store. Not only did Jasper DOWNGRADE my other phone line plans to account for the "cheaper monthly bill", he made me lose out on the HBO services that I would've continued to have if he had not touched my account and when I went back to return the phone I had traded my old phone in for, they did not reverse the purchase and now I'm stuck not being able to upgrade my phone because their absolutely flawed system thinks I still have the new phone. Apparently this isn't the first time this store has swindled people by committing fraud in order to bump up their sales. This is a KNOWN fact that was shared with me by a corporate location when I went to undo Jasper's many mistakes. I was never given receipts that would itemize everything that he did to my account. Now I know why. It took me 5 days to reach someone from Consumer Loyalty and even they didn't fix the situation completely. read more

They are not an AT&T corporate store. They snuck in added hot spots, insurance and much much more, things we never asked for nor authorized. We had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with AT&T corporate to get it all fixed. AT&T corporate informed us that these "authorized stores" often make false promises and add things to your account that you never authorized. Steer clear from this place.! We were promised a monthly bill of $149 but our bill was a staggering $398..... AT&T corporate now has this issue corrected. I will take my business to the capital mall AT&T location next time. read more

Alex assistant manager & Alfonso manager were worthless getting my billing corrected for my Apple Watches & first net account. It has to be the worst customer service I've ever received. This store is not a AT&T Corporate Store it is a Contract Independent Store that just uses the AT&T name. I ended up filling a complaint with the Better Businesses Bureau AT&T Corporate Office in Dallas. They called me back this morning & corrected the problem making the Apple Watches free & crediting my bill. Alex doesn't call you back or keep his word & Alfonso is the same. It's a bunch of immature kids running that contract store. Don't waste your time with them go to a corporate store. I will never recommend this store or Alex & Alfonso. read more

OUT-F*CKING-STANDING!!!!!! The manager at this location went about and beyond what she needed to do during my visit. I was with Verizon but found out that my bill was significantly higher than what I would get at AT&T. The switch over if providers went seamlessly and the whole time the manager provide the best entertainment! Good service, great laughs uhhhhhhh no brainer to visit this location for help. 10/10 would recommend!!!! read more

I was very disappointed by the customer service from the store manager, Andie. After coming to this store for problems that couldn't be solved over the phone she was extremely rude and asked me if I "have a problem" with something. She was extremely rude and did not help at all actually. She had some of the WORST customer service I've experienced. Every time I come in to this store (which I try to avoid because of how terrible the service is) I get an extremely rude and sassy sales associate. They are a terrible reflection of At&t and any sort of higher up management should've taken care of this as I still see 1 star reviews of Andie from 6 years ago. I went in to apply my military discount, only to be told that I had to bring a copy of my LES and that she (manager) would not take my military ID. I called att and they confirmed that it's either or, you can take military ID or our pay stub (LES). All she had to do was inspect the ID to confirm it was real and put it in the system. read more

Went in to this store with my severely autistic medically needy son. Waited for atleast 20-30 minutes without anyone even saying "hello." My son was running around the store but it was semi empty and he wasn't hurting anything and I was doing my best to control him. When the representative finally finished the manager A FEMALE WITH TATOOS ALL OVER told her to go to the customer that just walked in when she knew very well we were here a long time. Anyway, all I needed was to buy a SIM card and activate a phone home I purchased. I bought SIM card and at same time trying to control my son that doesn't know better or comprehend right from wrong. I was talking to the girl when he went over by a computer and grabbed the scanner to see the light and the manager flipped out and said, "control your child" and I said, "I have been he's severely autistic and medical and she said, "well control him better and be a better parent. I said "I'm trying and what's the name of your regional manager and she refused and told me to get out after I told her to,"shut up" because she was insulting my son and it and my parenting. I told her I'm not done and she said "get out or I'm calling the police." I proceeded to tell her I'm not done and you are not right". I even tried to have customers support me but they all stayed silent and dint care about how she was treating us. I will make sure that this FENALE MANAGER WITH TATTOOS is repremanded for DISCRIMINATION AGAINT THE DISABLED. I am currently a single mom as my husband is in the army and currently deployed over seas. A PERSON LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE PUT IN A MANAGERIAL POSITION. "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE" Worst experience i've ever had at an at&t store/"any store" in my entire life! I strongly "do NOT" recommend going to this store, as to where the head manager "clayton" will leave "a family of customers" standing at the door for 20 going on 30 minutes, while he stands there flirting with a customer (who "no longer needed help" mind you), spitin the "weakest game ive ever seen" at said woman, as he continues to flirt, all the while trying to make a personal non work related date with her..and he still couldnt even close the deal..which if u ask me is hilarious considering hes suppose to be a sales rep/manager at a supposedly reputable company, UGHUM "at&t"... Man i hope his sales pitch is nothing like his game pitch, because whatever that was, was Weeeeaaaak AF!! Needless to say we left after we wasted almost 30 minutes of our lives (that we'll never get back) all to never even be helped by the only available agent aka the "oh so busy with personal matters manger" clayton, let alone ever actually being acknowledged. I will never go back to that store as long as i live! Let me tell you... it all started with Andy (female representative). We went in to get a new iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB after ordering online and they canceled the order. Andy was there to help us order the phone in this store. Andy said there were no phones in stock and that it would probably be on back order. She helped us order the phone after making sure to tell her the 256GB is the phone I wanted, she went off to help another customer in the middle of helping us. We leave the store only to look at the receipt and find that she ordered the phone with the WRONG storage she ordered the 64GB....my husband went back into fix it & she told him that the system wasn't working & she would work on it & call him back about the phone & how she changed it. Mind you she never called! A few days go by & the phone shows up, it's the 64GB, after she said she would fix it.... another day goes by we try to fix it on the phone with AT&T & they ordered the right phone & the next day somehow AT&T cancelled that order, forcing us to go back to Andy... we called before hand & talked to Andy, she was rude the whole time on the phone while trying to explain the situation & what happened. We head to the store were she held a phone (the right phone). We go in, she is there doesn't say "hello" or "we'll be right with you". After about 10 minutes of waiting another worker comes out they helped us fix the issue. We asked the worker a simple question about the taxes and fees & she told us we were being rude & needed to chill. We never once raised our voice at this lady, she just was nasty from the start. After a week of not having a phone because of Andy's mistake, I finally have a phone no thanks to her. She needs to be fired. I cannot believe that someone so nasty works in customer service.... I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Never going back to this location! read more

First of all, these four stars are for the amount of effort that went into fixing me and my boyfriends billing issue. ESMARELDA, who works at this at&t, and FRANCIS, head supervisor at 611, both went above and beyond to help straighten out the issue that a lying, decietful, greedy and forgetful employee here did. If it wasnt for them, i would give this store NO STARS... Read to the end please, because this is why: I dont know her name. But shes white with brown hair. I understand phone companies pay by commission. Still NO excuse to lie. I asked brown haired girl about a month ago if adding my phone line to my boyfriends would have any hidden fees. Im already with at&t, i just want to be added to my boyfriends line. She said no. We went with adding me onto his plan, thinking wed only pay no more than $194 monthly. Fast forward to today, a month or so later. Our new bill came out to $311!! You read that right, $311!!! Infuriated, me and my bf drove over to the store. Esmeralda was open minded, understanding and patient. After she looked over our bill, she told me to call customer service. The first lady who picked up didnt help me. I personally, would never want to bother anyone at a supervisor level, but the situation called for it. Francis, who actually helped me because she has authority, explained what the brown haired girl didnt. Francis explained why it was $311, what 'pro ration' charges are and so on. She had to confirm with brown haired lady that she decieved me, because this wasnt my fault. SO, if you go here for anything, I hope Esmeralda or someone else honest can help you. Every phone company will try to get more out of you so youve got to be aware of this. If Esmeralda and Francis didnt help me, I wouldnt be as 'nice' about this place. Age doesnt matter, im only 20. Just always ask about fees to be AWARE of okay... You never know who to trust these days. read more

I will absolutely be returning and will recommend my friends and family go to this location and ask for the manager there as he was great to work with. read more

By far the best experience ever getting a new phone plan Clayton definitely helped me get my life together when it came to phones. He took the time to find me a great plan and deal. I have 2 kids and made it very great experience even though I had a 2 year old running around. This is the AT&T store next to Jack in the Box on the corner of Marvin Rd and Martin Way. They didn't have the cool kiosk setup where they organize who is seen next, but it didn't interrupt service. I needed to switch service from an older phone to a refurbished unlocked iphone. The customer service rep who helped me was very nice and made it happen fairly quickly. I'd go here again if I needed any help with AT&T. The 5 stars is for their service, however the cell reception isn't that great for AT&T in this neck of the country. I'm sticking with them now mainly because Verizon doesn't roll-over data plans. read more

Went to the ATT store at 8205 Martin Way E Suite A, Lacey, WA 98516. Never go to this store!!! They have the worst attitude and a total lack of customer focus. Went to pay off my iPhone and upgrade my service. Eliyah their customer representative wanted to scan my driver's license. I told him that I did not want my drivers license in a database. He said that without that he could not provide me with service. I told him that I had been provided with service without my ID last month. He then got loud and told me to leave the store. On the way to the door he would not let me speak. He kept saying "I will not do it" Loudly to interrupt me. I finally told him to let me speak. I told him that his customer service skills were lacking. He told me that his skills were great that I sucked. ???!!! He said that he was going to call his manager. I left the store and from the outside I saw him call. I reentered and asked him to let me talk to the manager. He hung up the phone and told me to leave the store because I was agitated. That was the worst customer experience ever and as a result of it both me and my wife are looking to switch from ATT to a competitor. Do not waste your time with ATT!!! read more

Never shop here. The assistant supervisor Andei was extremely rude. After asking questions on how to get access to my phone records she started yelling, interrupted a private phone call I had with my mother to yell more at me, accused me of fraud, refused to talk to the authorized user "my mother" on the account, and then kicked me out of the store. I never raised my voice, called her any names, or had any reason to be thrown out of the store. Never go this AT&T store. Andei is unreasonable, yells, is unprofessional, and shouldn't even have a job with customer service. read more

I have two kids, a toddler and newborn. It is not easy for me to get out and get things done. I needed a new phone and took the chance to go in and get one. Thankfully the most awesome customer service is what I was met with. Matt immediately greeted us as we came in and let me know how long it would take before I would be assisted. He was right on the mark. Once I told him what I needed, he told me how long it would take and was super patient and efficient. A man came in trying to basically interrupt Matt during our process and Matt handle him graciously but did not let him bulldoze my time. My 3 year old was running around like crazy and he never seemed annoyed or bothered. He really is a super star. I left feeling so taken care of. I was here the day after Christmas and despite the fact that the server was down, Patric and Callan took great care of me. They greeted me when I walked in, clearly explained my options, worked with the corporate business rep to help get our business account straightened out and put my phone together in its new case and got my stuff transferred over.
