    I know this is LOOOONNNG... but read the whole thing and save yourself some $$…read more I had really high hopes... and at first I was totally pleased. I have a Sony Xperia z3 and stupidly cracked my screen. Terribly. It was non-responsive and the picture was all jacked up. Looked worse than the pictures they have posted. I called around to a few places and there are only a handful of places that replace the screens on these phones :( The first place I found said the screens were on back order, Cellairis said come on down and we'll order you a replacement. I was so stoked! So I get there (7/23) in time to order overnight shipping for this replacement screen. Apparently replacing these screens cost more than other phones so I put $100 down for "parts" and had to pay $80 for labor once I picked it up. Both gentlemen were very nice and we had some jokes. Good times. Alright, so here starts the trouble... I called the next day around noon to see if my phone was ready. Oh no... the screen didn't come in. -_- Tomorrow tomorrow... So I get a call Saturday my phone is ready. YAY! When I pick it up, it looks weird... "That's because it's not the same screen." DUH. The part where my you put your ear against to listen to calls... totally looks weird... i can see metal... I point that out, "no it's fine, it's fine." I test it out... call my cousin... can't hear a thing. Turn on my speaker phone... That's better. So I go back and show him. "I'll order you a new speaker. No charge. On me. It will be here Tuesday." Needless to say Tuesday rolled around and I received no call. It was a busy week at work and I was pleased with my screen so I didn't bother to harrass them. Then yesterday, 8/12, something strange happened... I was using my phone all day like normal. Visited my parents, was using my phone blah blah blah, drive 10 minutes home with my phone in my purse. Get home, take my phone out of my purse, and then tap the screen t wake it up. No response. So I get impatient and use the unlock button instead. It unlocks and at the bottom of my screen I notice some tiny cracks that were NOT there before. Then there is a longer crack stemming from one of the smaller cracks. I take my case off to see if the frame was damaged also (idk how that would happen with a case anyway but I really did not understand what was going on...) and then I noticed that the screen was... lifted away from the frame on the right side where the crack was! WTF?! About 1/3 of my screen is functional now. -_- I called Cellairis from work today (since I can't call out from my phone...). i explained my discovery last night and they told me to bring in my phone. I really wish I hadn't. #1 they were rude #2 they refused to fix it for free #3 did I mention they were rude? The kid who did the repair was slumped back in a chair and would not take ownership of his shoddy work. He stated he DID order my replacement speaker, but I never picked it up. I reminded him he was supposed to call when it arrived... Then he had the audacity to say "well that's not the problem now. The problem is that you broke your screen." :O So how I refrained from climbing across the counter and choking him out, I'm not sure... maybe because there was a food court full of witnesses and I'm too pretty to go to jail... I digress. The older man told me I should just get a new phone. :O I told him I would go somewhere else for a repair. He said he'd charge me just for the part- $145. I informed him I found a different place who would only charge $120 and no thank you. Then he looked up the part on Amazon- $99. Told me I would have to pay the overnight shipping, approximately $25, plus the taxes. $145. I told him no thanks. 19 days after the original replacement and you won't even fix YOUR MISTAKES?! **** *** both! Oh. In addition to not owning up to their bad repair and telling me to just get a new phone... they were watching some sort of sports game on their phones and barely listening to my situation. One girl gets a new phone FROM THEM, I get told to buy my own phone... Thanks guys...

    Horrendous customer service and substandard/broken equipment…read more He replaced the screen - cost about average for the service. But the touch sensor didn't work. After he tried to convince me out was my settings and to go home it works fine, I refused and he very begrudgingly sent me away so he could replace my old broken screen. I went back and he said it was a loose connection and works now. Later that night it stopped working again. The next morning I called from work (an hour in the other direction) and he insisted I go THAT day within 24 hours to return. He couldn't explain their warranty program (their bogus website says 14 days) but said I get nothing if not going THAT day. Luckily my friend was heading there and took it back. Except he opened it in front of her, added scotch tape - 2 pieces for good measure- and said it worked fine. So now I'm stuck with a phone held together by scotch tape that might go out at any second. The guy was incredibly rude and unreasonable. I'm pretty sure they used someone else's busted screen to replace mine (so someone else will get mine now I'm sure). He barely spoke English which made having discussions with him, especially on the phone, near impossible. They need to fire him, but until then steer way clear if he's there. I'd argue they probably use busted or poor replacement parts, so go somewhere else. In fact, in the same mall is another highly rated repair store. Quick Fix. If only I had known!
