After a few more minutes, I overhear conversation between that rep and new customer. Rep having trouble explaining to customer that what customer claims does not match account. They went over the items on the account and costs. I soon realized these two were viewing MY account and discussing terms of what my account consists of. Obviously, the rep had not verified account info with the new customer nor had he cleared the ipad and accessed that customer's account. Brainless! To top it off, once I got home to review my account, I saw that the rep at the store had added a service plan for wife's new phone--we did not request that. Each encounter with this T-Mobile store (5122 Yelm Hwy SE Suite A, Lacey, WA 98503) is a freakin' nightmare.

I was greeted with a smile from the two employees, Adolfo and Hannah, and knew from there, they were gonna help me to the best of their ability. After I told them what device I was looking for and that I was on a budget, they got me on a leasing plan for only $88 dollars down! They explained the plan very well and saved me from having to spend a thousand dollars. Several months have passed now and i was greeted with the same hello, by the two same people! I came home with some new airpods and the visit was just as great! Don't let them refer you to Federal Way for a battery replacement for an IPad and they lie to you…read more They said that Federal Way techs are the only ones in the area who replaces batteries. That is not true. I found a different, honest person today at a company in Olympia because my battery inside the IPad had disconnected. The new tech opened the IPad up and found that the battery was not even installed with the screws or adhesive, which is standard installation. The clear film was not taken off. It was just floating around and The Phone Guys also bent some of the contacts inside of the case. Also, I had to wait for 4 hours for them to complete the job. The Phone Guys in Lacey lied, and the Phone Guys in Federal Way did not know what they were doing, and did a terrible job. Don't go there if you want an honest interaction and don't go there if you want a job done right.

The store was slammed and he was busting his tail to serve every one. Part of the reason the store was "slammed" is that an elderly couple had a problem with a phone they purchased 6 months ago and were just now getting the problem resolved. To be fair, they were two very difficult people to deal with too. (my observation). Yet Barry handled them in a very courteous manner while dealing with tech support on the phone who I suspect were not the most patient. Again, Barry showed the patience of Job! It was a wait. And for not having back up for the sales staff, I took a star off from the store from what I would have given had the service been more prompt. (not Barry's fault).

I am not a happy camper. I will say they offer good customer service at the Lacey location. But not sure I'd recommend them for photo printing.
