    Worst place ever. I walked inside Two staff were talking to customers. No greeting. Poor customer service. So unprofessional.

    Dexter helped me activate my new iphone. As we were chatting, I told him that my Verizon account…read moregot hacked. Not only was he super knowledgeable and quick about setting up my phone (purchased at Apple), he also advised that I go to a corporate Verizon to ask about getting reimbursed for the fraudulent activity on my account. For 9 months, I've been spending many hours on the phone, online and in-person to try to get reimbursed and cancel the loan. Dexter, if you're reading this, yesterday I was successful! And an extra TY for showing me two discounts that I haven't taken advantage of as a customer of *19* years ($20 savings/month). You're the best, and I hope your manager appreciates you and and gives you a bonus for how you show up and rep for Verizon!

    Where does customer service start? Right when you walk in this store. All of the employees greet…read moreeverybody as they walk in and acknowledge their presence. I simply went in with a tech question and was greeted by Stephen. He took the time to listen to what I had to ask, and then took no time and explaining how easy it was for me to do what I needed to do with my phone. He made it very easy to understand how to do it. Not everybody is tech savvy, and the fact that he took the time to simply put it in easy terminology for me to understand was very nice. He then asked me if I would consider possibly upgrading my phone being it was older.... and I told him I never thought about it much, but it would be nice to see what my options were. He looked over my current plan and saw what I had and then proceeded to show me a great many options. He made sure to take time explaining each option thoroughly and not overwhelming me with multiple things at once. We spent about 45 minutes or so conversing over the many options I had .... and at the end of it all he was able to offer me a better plan that cost me less than my current plan with a brand new phone and a new tablet and trade my old phone in towards them for a very good price to apply to my new phone / tablet. He never forced anything on me, but simply laid out all the options that I had available to me.... making sure I clearly understood each possibility and which one would be the best but leaving it up to me to choose the one I wanted. He is extremely smart and knows his business well and the fact that he takes the time to make sure you clearly understand everything, makes it so much easier to purchase something. I even returned back a couple weeks later to re-ask a couple questions to make sure I clearly understood and he took the time to set me down and explain it to me again. That's what's called True Customer Service! If you're looking for a new phone or a tablet Internet or maybe just some accessories I highly recommend you go see Stephen and the rest of the people who work at this store They are all so very nice and eager to help you!     My gaming computer I built just last year was having an infinite reboot loop and would only arrive…read moreto the windows login screen every 30-40 attempts. I brought it in here to help troubleshoot and diagnose, since it could've been the RAM, CPU, NVME SSD, or windows corrupted files. They were able to diagnose and pinpoint the causes and issues pretty quickly, and offered me several solutions to quickly be up and running with minimal downtime. I went with the 0 downtime option while I warranty claim the faulty part (NVME drive went bad but it has 4 years left on warranty). It's so good to meet fellow pc enthusiasts and I will be coming here for any future repairs or services!

These guys…read moredid a phenomenal job repairing my laptop screen, which I cracked a couple of months ago. I immediately searched for a company that could fix it right away. Based on their top-ranked data, I can understand why. Their speedy repair and customer service that is so personable, taking the time to understand customer concerns and address them most efficiently. Had I gone through HP, it would've been double the price, and taken longer to get my product back due to shipping, etc. I find it difficult to articulate the extent of my gratitude for the assistance they provided.
