A couple of days ago I was having trouble downloading videos and figured since it had been 3 years since they helped me with my laptop that was giving me problems, that the computer was running too slow. Andrew said he would look at it. He called me today and said the computer was fine. He also asked me to come in and he would help me with my problem with the website downloading the videos, it turned out to be a problem from servers, not my computer. So he helped me with a download issue as well as looking at the computer and did not charge me at all. What an honest owner and company. The technician David gave me his honest opinion of the pros and cons not at any charge. After concerting with him, I decided to go with rapair. While laptop being in the shop, he called me a few times to provide me the status of the repair as some complication with parts has come up. However, the laptop was fixed and now working as new. Cybertools of Puyallup has provided an outstanding customer service and 100% satisfaction. I will definitely come back, if any repairs will be demanded in the future.

While geek squad would charge you 100 bucks to even get within 100 yards of the laptop, these guys will help ya out and if it's easy and quick it's always been free to me. My dad recently passed away and he had old files stored on a device that I wanted access to and only after a couple of days these guys had all the files burnt onto 15 neatly stacked and labeled DVD's ready for me to explore. If you're in the central Tacoma neighborhood along 6th, don't go anywhere else, this guy and the others who work here will take care of you.

I dropped it off at computer citi, had it back the same day completely reset!!!! It works perfectly! I was hesitant to bring it to them, based on the poor reviews. Glad I tried them! I trust him; he is very knowledgeable. I have remote in-service, where I can call in. If he is available during my call, Brian will remote into my computer with my permission.
