Danny answered the phone and I asked what the cost would be and what time was best to drop off. He asked me what was going on and I explained my issue. So about 2 weeks later in just pooped out and would not work, so we took it back and asked a very stupid question such as we we get our money back on the power cord and he says yes you can even put it towards a really nice laptop so we did and so we bought a nice used laptop including the $55. return and totally only had to pay $149.99 for the laptop that works great. They are the nicest people so we go there all the time now and have sent a lot of people there.
