Most recently, I lost the USB dongle to my keyboard and they replaced it for me without me having to buy a whole new keyboard... I requested an appt online and Luis was very communicative it getting back to me. He always was communicative while he had my laptop while it was being repaired. So about 2 weeks later in just pooped out and would not work, so we took it back and asked a very stupid question such as we we get our money back on the power cord and he says yes you can even put it towards a really nice laptop so we did and so we bought a nice used laptop including the $55. return and totally only had to pay $149.99 for the laptop that works great.
