I followed the Facebook prompts to recover my account and tried a few other tactics but the hacker stayed one step ahead of me for a day or so. I called Hagman Computer Services and Jim Hagman addressed my problem right away, on the phone with me. He was polite, patient and professional. He did not judge me or make me feel stupid. After a couple attempts, he was able to recover my account and lock out the hacker. He gave me plenty of time to study my account before I received the invoice. The worst part is I was under the impression that they (during booking and pre-install) would try their best to conceal wires, but the majority of wires ended up exposed and longer than necessary.
