They were very quick to schedule same day, over the weekend. They were able to make it happen that Monday. James was prompt, very polite, and courteous. Even with covid, he followed protocols and wore a mask. Our dog liked him so that was a great sign, and he was kind to our animals. I ended up calling the office the next day with some questions once I got the estimated quote back. Their customer service team was great and super nice. Very helpful and answered all my questions. They had fair labor cost! Truly! Great price. They do charge for ACTUAL hours worked. The more work you do, equals the less they have to do, which means less money ya spend! You do pay by card at the end of the move, which was nice feature. The only reason we didn't hire them was because they started at 9am, when the competitor could come at 7am. For us, who are up at 5am, this just worked better for our timeframe. Both companies were on par with the same estimate, which was so comforting.
