He did both machines in less than a day and the transfer of programs was altogether seamless. I still am amazed at how smoothly it all went, and how my entire system copied over to the new machine with all the same context menus, file paths, and personal configurations like customized toolbars and procedures. This would have taken an eternity to do all from scratch by myself. The old components included a hard drive that failed, and Mike was able to recover and transfer the data to a new modern SSD. During another visit, Mike set up a new wireless mesh network for not just our house but our whole property. It was a massive improvement in network performance. We can even connect from our boat! Again, Mike saved us a ton of time and a lot of headaches. He did the setup and tweaking in one hour. He does not dally or pad his visits, and makes himself available for questions and followup, without ever acting impatient or put upon. His scheduler Bev is also very easy to reach and even returns calls and email messages after hours. I could have wound up with any computer tech but was completely lucky to get Mike Cole on the first try. I highly recommend Cole Computer Services and wouldn't think of hiring another company. (Mike, you are not allowed to move away!)

Every person there is great-respectful, honest, and sometimes even funny. They actually communicate with you and tell you usually within a half hour how long something will take to fix. And here's a shocker for Seattle, they'll tell you if they've encountered another problem that may take longer/and or that it wouldn't be worth fixing. The bottom line is, if I could build a large company that fixes devices, I would start with Jet City as the model, and build every store exactly like it. A successful organizationIt starts with the people it hires. They have that locked in at Jet City. His promise was made in October 2019 and it is now mid-February and I still don't have my laptop and I will probably never see it again. I would wager that he has sold it for parts by now. 5. Very unprofessional and full of excuses with absolutely no follow through. He is condescending, egotistical and rude.

The boat is beautiful, spacious and very clean. Captain Miguel explained everything very clearly including the route, details about the safety equipments and facilities on the boat. The ride was very peaceful and pleasant for our whole family (even my 11-year old son who is prone to have motion sickness found the ride very comfortable). They have a life jacket ready for my son, too. We love that we were never rushed. The lower platform is low enough for us to be able to touch the water while scattering ashes.
