Not only was SDFIXIT the least expensive but Mike explained everything about the part that would fix it and how long it would take to repair. Mike was extremely courteous, friendly, and thorough. update on these clowns! I plugged my phone in to charge, it was working ok. after a bit on the charger I go to use i and the screen was not responding at all. Now I have a phone that won't work and out $150.00 there is no reason to call them back. Shitty work and shitty warranty. Ask them for a copy of the warranty. This is an A+ establishment. My husband and I were out doing errands in Silverdale today and my phone just stopped working. The screen was black with the blue Moto figure at the bottom. I gave it a "rest" while I shopped at Target and then tried again in the car. It wouldn't turn on or off. There was no place to take off the cover and take the battery out and then back in. I immediately panicked "My texts! My photos! My job tomorrow!, oh my gosh!" I used my husband's phone to google 'cell phone repair near me' and it was the first one that popped up a half mile away. We drove there and the neon 'open' sign was such a relief. There were two people in line in front of us and Mike at the desk was so kind and patient with both. When it was my turn I explained the problem and he showed me that it just needs a factory reset by holding down the power and volume down button at the same time until it turns off. Then it will restart. I had tried that earlier but hadn't held it down long enough. I was overjoyed! My phone was back to it's perfect self and I could breathe again. I asked with much gratitude and relief, "How much do I owe you?" And Mike said "nothing at all it was no trouble." So I just had to sit down to write about our wonderful experience in case someone else needs help and is looking for a cell or computer repair shop. read more

This place is the worst! They'll take your hundreds and give you, in my case, a screen replacement that doesn't work. Eventually they replaced the first screen they botched, but with a screen that didn't even last a day! After they destroyed my phone completely I couldn't even transfer my pictures or contacts. read more

I've used SDFIXIT twice. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix my aging cellphone, but the second time when I brought in my Samsung tablet (which Best Buy, an authorized Samsung repair shop refuses to even look at), the helpful man at SDFIXIT fixed my tablet without charge. The business is very upfront about telling you that there is a $50 charge for diagnostics--applicable to the repair charge if it can be fixed--but because my tablet was older, I asked if it was "even worth spending $50 for the diagnostics?" He said, "Let me have a look." It turns out there was a setting that had been changed that would not let me turn off the machine. He quickly fixed it and told me what to do if it happened again and refused to charge me. Thank you, SDFIXIT, I will use you again! (BTW, my tablet has been working perfectly since.) read more
