There was also no price list in the store that we could visibly see. I went there to try and get justification. I argued that I know we're paying a little bit more for the convenience of being close, but Apple only charges about $89 and I didn't understand the huge price difference. He blamed it on my daughter for not asking about the price first. Continually talked over us while trying to dispute. He criticized her by telling her she should take better care of her phone (In my opinion, she's done a fantastic job taking care of her phone considering it's 6 years old and took this long to need a repair). He tried to make it all better by offering her a phone case for free. We declined and filed a complaint with Mall Management. He took advantage of a naïve young lady. Very predatory and very condescending. I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but this shady service was over the top. I'm hoping my review helps at least one person from getting taken advantage of. They shoved the screen plug into motherboard incorrectly and dislodged some switches on motherboard causing much bigger problems which cost me $200 to fix their mistake. The screen was an act of deceit by a previous store "The Fix" in Silverdale Mall who was asked to replace my cracked glass screen. The Fix used a cheap nock-off screen which failed within a month. I went to the ubreakifix to use my Assurian ins coverage and they messed up the motherboard. Go to The Circuit in Poulsbo. He has a microscope to see what he is doing and he showed me the issues. He fixed the motherboard and retrieved all my data.

Every person there is great-respectful, honest, and sometimes even funny. They actually communicate with you and tell you usually within a half hour how long something will take to fix. And here's a shocker for Seattle, they'll tell you if they've encountered another problem that may take longer/and or that it wouldn't be worth fixing. The bottom line is, if I could build a large company that fixes devices, I would start with Jet City as the model, and build every store exactly like it.
