This place charges almost 3x what it would cost to send directly from Fed Ex location, which in case you're wondering is in Silverdale and well worth the drive. Another option would be to just have Fed Ex pick your package up at your residential address, which is 16$. Lastly, Walgreens on Bethel also offers the same service but I'm unsure whether they charge similarly obscene fee's. After looking at the situation in more detail it appears this excessive markup seems to only apply to Sunday delivery. Through Fed Ex a Sunday delivery by noon 111.44 and through Pack and pay a lot, it would have been in excess of $300. Pack a Pay a lot charged us 102.85 for a Monday by 8pm which is Standard Overnight and Fed Ex would have charged 98.14, which isn't much of a price difference. read more

This is a friendly and very helpful place if you need to mail something out. With the cutest "security " dog. Lots of parking in front! Only drawback was their packing and mailing is very pricey. But, I really needed their service so I still went ahead. They are so convenient and close our daughters home. read more

If you are needing a PO Box this is the place to go! We were needing a PO Box due to mail theft and also package theft. Seems to be common in the area unfortunately. Been going there for years, never had an issue with taping a box with my own tape in the store, or any other shipping facility around the country. Today, the new owner kicked me out of his store for doing just that, asked me to not tape a box in his store. That's what you do in a shipping facility, you bring things in to pack, tape and ship. Extremely rude and unprofessional. There are other places to ship boxes from P.O., use them people. read more

I needed a Document signed, but I was in Arlington WA and My Mother who needed to sign it was on holiday down in Bremerton Wa. Sue at Pack and Mail Plus received the emails,printed them, and was my mother's Notary for them. Then I had Sue mail the originals to me. This saved a lot of time and driving on the day before 4th of July Holiday. The other stores like this won't give you this kind of service. These folks are great!!! Wonderful service and so much better than a USPS Box as they accept packages from UPS, FedEx as well as USPS. Then they text or email me when a package arrives. I was really getting stressed out as my USPS mail box was down on the street and people were stealing the mail. This option so easy and family owned! It's the best and I highly recommend it. Mail thieves missed getting a credit card by one day! So that was when I changed and I will NEVER go back to the mail box on my street! I went by my neighbors' about a month ago and their new locking box had the door hanging open. Just a quick twist of the crowbar and those expensive things are toast!
