After posting a negative review the business owner called me a liar in response on here when every word he responded was a provable lie if you type in either tracking number in the photos you can see when they were purchased and it wasn't a year ago it was less then 5 days ago also that label is a copy of the one on the package. You are aware of what a copy is right? He also said that corporate had my package.... also a lie... they had no idea what he was talking about but they know about the situation now! This person is the most disrespectful person I have ever delt with in my life. I'm not letting this one go either you can count on that following up with the police about your lies and updating the situation. read more

A neighbor took in a package addressed to me that was delivered to her home mistakenly, thinking that the UPS Store would be the easy way to get the package back to UPS for the proper delivery. They accepted it like they were going to handle it, but they did not. It took multiple call attempts to get someone to answer the phone, and received no less than a combative response when he was asked what they would have done with the package. UPS Customer Service was the answer for him, but he should now that they refuse all help for the customer side, but obviously doesn't. Zero help whatsoever and who knows where my package went after it was handed over. read more

I was a little apprehensive about their service and attitude after reading past reviews. I was pleased to find the people at this store being very helpful almost falling over one another trying please me. I came in with a oxygen concentrator that needed to be shipped back to Florida. Return shipping was prepaid. This issue was that the cardboard box it was shipped in was worse for wear and I was concerned if it would hold up for the return trip. Now I suppose I could take the position that UPS damaged the cardboard box and should repair/replace at their expense. The though crossed my mind. Anyway, they went out of their way to cut a larger box down to the proper size to fit the other inside. The price they charged was reasonable and I left a happy customer. read more

Never using them again. For any of their services. Prior to having a package shipped to them, I called and asked if they were to hold them and call me when it arrived. I was told the answer to nothing questions was yes. The package arrived a week ago, and I received no call. They then charged the sender for holding the package for a week, and when I went to pick it up, they charged me for holding it. No hold charge was ever mentioned. No phone call was ever received. The only way either me or the sender knew our package had arrived was when the sender was charged for the hold. The only reason I had a package held there was because UPS will return any package to sender when the recipient cannot receive a package directly such as when the office that is normally open is closed. I am never paying UPS to send a package ever again. read more

Just within this week alone, a few of the items that I returned through here, for Amazon, I've gotten emails stating that the items have yet to be received even though I returned them over 3 weeks ago. This place is an epic fail for shredding services. I made an appointment online - a 30 minute shredding appointment. That is what I wanted - to have it shredded while I was there. I arrived just before my appointment and there were a dozen people in line. I was told I would have to wait in line. What did I make an appointment for? Then I asked after I waited in line would he be shredding the documents in front of me. Nope. They were just going to dump it in some trash can with a marginal lock that would be shredded "offsite". Why a 30 minute appointment then? I quickly exited, never to return. read more

I have had a "PO" box here for going on 3 years now. The hours of course are a lot better then the USPS. This especially comes in handy if you receive a lot of express mail or shipments that require signature. You can authorize the UPS staff to accept signature for you and then you can just pick up your item. You receive an automatic text message when you have a package. I wish the USPS could learn from this sort of convenience - I think it would help their financial status greatly. Anyway, this Port Orchard location is particular friendly and accommodating. A big value added and something critical for small business professionals or serious Amazon shoppers. read more

So extremely unprofessional. Said they didn't take freight when two employees the other day said they did when I shipped a box that weighed in right under the freight weight. When that detail was relayed, the female staff member denied that was said; she didn't just tell me that information was wrong but essentially accused me of directly lying to her. It was clear that they just didn't want to deal with this box because it was large; the same box this store had sold me a couple of days before for over twenty dollars. The scale wasn't working because the box was moving slightly. The weight was fluctuating between 93 and 104 lbs, which isn't even a freight weight. The male attendee actually said the computer basically told you to "f*ck off" if it couldn't get an exact weight reading. These two really didn't care at all. The woman actually stepped into the corner near the hall, trying not to be seen but still audibly argue. Update: They told us we had to take this box to the Bremerton Center. The Bremerton site does not take freight. However, the website specifically for Port Orchard DOES state that location offers freight. These two staff members waisted our time and gas money because they didn't feel like doing their jobs. 2nd Update: Called the store to speak with the manager on Monday a little after 11 AM and no one picked up the phone. read more

Excellent customer service! The new owners have really turned this place around. Fast friendly service! Convenient up front parking for quick drop off's. They get extra busy, but they get the customers in and out in a timely fashion. The owners are usually in store and fully staffed to take care of any of your shipping, printing or fax needs. Never had any problems here whatsoever. Nothing has been stolen, nothing has been misdelivered, I have arranged for package pick-up and waited close to a week to pick up and it has never been a problem. There is a charge for redirecting a package for package pick-up, but that seems to be UPS policy. I do get a receipt for confirmation of package drop-off, but I do that at the US post office, too. Overall, I much prefer Port Orchard UPS to the Port Orchard post office! read more

I've lived in Port Orchard since 1985, have used this store many times over the years they've been open, and have NEVER had ANY of the problems that are expressed here!!! I recently ordered a bed frame off line and kept it for about two weeks and it just wasn't going to work out. Since I didn't realize right away I threw out the box and had to basically duct tape a Frankenstein box together in order to ship it. The ups store still took it! I only planned to drop off packages for shipping, but while talking to the manager (owner?) decided to get two copies made on the material I had with me. He quoted me 49¢ per page. I handed him the jump drive and he used the computer to pull up the image. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one so I emailed him the correct one. He had to step outside and invited me to sit down at the computer while the other employee took care of the printing. I gave him the printing material and he printed them off. I went to the counter and a lady there charged me $4.59!! What! I told her I was quoted 49¢ per page, and the manager was standing right there. He didn't back me up or change the price. She then told me that there was a $3.00 charge for use of the computer!!! Again WHAT! I said no one told me there was a computer charge and for most of the time I was just sitting there waiting. She gave me a "discount" of a dollar. Really! I will never go there for any kind of printing again. Staples is right across the street, they won't do a bait and switch. Staples will tell you exactly what the cost is and not change it. read more
