However, on February 7, I saw that there was no movement on my tracking number and only the label had been created. I called in to ask for information and was told there was nothing they could do and it was out of their hands, even though it was never scanned in by USPS. I also emailed back and forth with this store manager, Paula, who was unhelpful and refused to give me a refund even though the service was not completed. In the meantime, I had to take a day off from work and drive hours to a passport agency in order to apply for a passport in person. All while, my passport, social security number and other personal information is floating around and taking a joyride around the country. Terrible and unreliable service here. I should've read the other reviews before I came here, as other people have also had awful experiences.

It was perfume and not mine. I left the opened perfume by his back door because I didn't wanna leave it at his front door he snapped at me in an email and asked me why I did that so it could've been stolen. I told him I know he lives upstairs and I wanted to get it back to him as soon as possible plus the perfume smelled through the package. I regret renting from this place and now I have to figure out how to get another PO Box and change all of my addresses.

It seems tailored to meet the needs of residents in the neighborhood. Particularly if you live in an apartment nearby and it is difficult to order and receive online goods where you live. Usually this type of business does not appeal to me, but I happen to need stamps and bought some here. You do pay more for convenience as the stamps here cost more than buying them from the post office directly. But I did get some RBG stamps here that likely have been sold out elsewhere. So think of the extra cost as more of a selection premium. If you live in Eastlake, I do think that this seems like a more convenient location for mail pickup than the nearest post offices on Capitol Hill and the U District.
