However, on February 7, I saw that there was no movement on my tracking number and only the label had been created. I called in to ask for information and was told there was nothing they could do and it was out of their hands, even though it was never scanned in by USPS. I also emailed back and forth with this store manager, Paula, who was unhelpful and refused to give me a refund even though the service was not completed. In the meantime, I had to take a day off from work and drive hours to a passport agency in order to apply for a passport in person. All while, my passport, social security number and other personal information is floating around and taking a joyride around the country. Terrible and unreliable service here. I should've read the other reviews before I came here, as other people have also had awful experiences.

I drop off my outgoing UPS packages, taped up and labeled, and I receive a receipt every time. I always reuse packaging and mailers, and I haven't had any issues with my non-UPS boxes or bubble bags. The manager is nice and polite. Don't be afraid!!
