The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and were very quick with all my office needs, plus the pricing is genuine. I came by for a quick visit to dropoff a Fedex package. I was surprised that they have a $2 Fedex dropoff fee, something I've never heard of before. I paid it because I was tired and didn't feel like walking to a free dropoff location. The staff member was really nice though, and Fedex picked up my package ontime. read more

I had a bad experience at the regular Post Office yesterday. I don't want to get in it, but let's just say the holidays really bring out the worst in some people. I ended up leaving the Post Office and vowed to find some other way to ship my packages. Thankfully, I remembered The Home Office. I had stopped in there once when a friend needed to buy stamps and Bali had been really friendly. I walked in today, one week before Christmas, and there was no line and Bali and his staff took good care of my packages, didn't rush me, and provided the little things I needed (like "Fragile" stickers) and really made the process stress-free. (Is it just me that stresses out at the Post Office? Apparently not, judging by the stress I saw there yesterday.) I even brought my little pup in and they gave her a treat! I know this doesn't sound like a big deal for me, but this means I don't have to walk my dog, then bring her home, and then go on a second walk to ship something - I can do it all in the same walk! Time saver! I'm really thankful to have Bali in the neighborhood. I may have paid a little more than I would have at the Post Office, but I probably skipped at least an hour of waiting and a lot of frustration. From now on, this is the only way I'll ship! There is something missing in the minds and hearts of American business people today. Bali took it all and is doling it out in huge dollops at The Home Office. It's called customer service. Lookit! I had to ship a dozen large boxes to another state. A good number of my precious belonging were in those boxes. I was debating how to get them from my apartment to the post office or whatever while buying the empty boxes at Bali's shop. He then informed me that he offers a service that ultimately made my life completely simple. He will pick up your shipping. That's right. He will come and get those big ass boxes and ship them off for you. And he does not charge extra to do so. We arranged for him to come by at 2:30. He was ringing my phone at 2:33 to announce that he was outside. He helped me load them into his truck and off he went. I went by the store a little later and arranged the insurance, mode of transport, gave addresses and paid. It was the easiest thing ever. read more

I did blind taste-offs between the coffee here and elsewhere in Belltown; and it won in particular for lattes. Iqbal, the owner, is a very nice person. New owner, the previous owner Bali was amazing. I am not certain why there are so many odd Christian evangelical symbols in this mailing center these days. These include a print of Jesus' nail pierced hand, a TV monitor displaying bible verses, and some boxes of something for sale with more mysterious biblical verse references. The nail pierced hand also looks vaguely like its holding a pill? It is decidedly odd, and does not feel like a non secular place of business at this point. It feels almost a like a stealth evangelical plant? These days such signs are alarming. I will not be visiting this place again. There's a very good mailing center on 5th near Wall, I recommend that when you just need service, not mysterious proselytizing while trying to mail a letter or package. First of all, don't confuse me with Syd R. who wrote a previous review. Similar name - not the same person. This place is almost impossible to get to. 2:00 in the afternoon, had to park four blocks away just to print three documents on my email. Parking is not, however, their fault. Just commenting on it because of other reviews that said it was so convenient and people just "stopped in." Doubtful. There are two computers to use, and both are dirty with food and other detritus on the keyboards. The one I used had missing keys on the keyboard. Once I started Firefox and entered gmail, the first thing I wanted to print was a .pdf file. Neither of the computers has a .pdf reader, which are FREE. I was able to print my other files, and they allowed me to send my .pdf file to the owner, who then printed it, because HIS computer as a .pdf reader. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly. Because of the lack of cleanliness of the computers and the entire place, as well as the lack of convenience, I would not return in spite of the friendly staff and reasonable prices. read more

I love this neighborhood place. The staff here remember who you are and your quirky little likes. They are friendly and eager to please. The smoothie, coffee and chai selections are so good and everything is tailored to specification. If you are looking for "in and out" service you will get it. If you're looking for a place to sit and enjoy your coffee, you can have that too. Not to mention the Himalayan salt selection. I bought and shipped so many cooking salt slabs for family and friends. They charged 1 American dollar for 1-side black and white printing!!! I'm not sure if this is just how expensive they are or they tried to rip us off because they saw we needed it bad. But 1 dollar for printing just one page is the most expensive printing I've seen in my life--we didn't argue with them at the time because we were in a rush and it was just 1 dollar. I absolutely LOVE this place SO much!!! Seriously, if you live nearby or you frequent the USPS, or FEDEX nearby, you should change and make this place your new stop for all your shipping needs. The service here is so far above and beyond what is typical in the US. The employees are SOOOOO NICE, I'm telling you, you will leave here feeling like a long time personal friend. Let's start with the fact that Parking is way easier to find here than it is the nearby fedex or usps closer to 5th. But even beyond the parking they basically do EVERYTHING for you as a courtesy for no additional charge. For example, I brought in two unpacked items to be mailed last week. They printed my labels for me for free. They found appropriate boxes for me, for free, they bubble wrapped them, FOR FREE, and they taped them, FOR FREE! And they do this regularly for me. I also needed a light bulb for my salt lamp and they gave me two different light bulbs to try out , FOR FREE and said when I come back in next time, I could pay for the one that worked. Because neither worked, when I brought the cord and the bulbs back by, they gave me a entirely new cord with a bulb that fit it, and it was less than $3.00. I'm telling you,I love this place. Additionally, They are remodeling to include a coffee bar so pretty soon you will be able to sip coffee while you take care of all your business needs. I can see this place sticking around for a long time. You need to support this local business, you will not be disappointed. read more

I like that you can email him a request at baliwirelesssolution@gmail.com - thats pretty cool! What I had a hard time with was a black and white print job, 500 copies that cost me over $50!! What? Let's keep it real...that pack of paper cost Bali what? $15 at the most?? That was a little bit disappointing. I did request just SLIGHTLY heavier than regular paper..nothing even close to card stock heavy. Again, nice guy but I'm already paying my high Belltown rent I guess I needed to realize I am paying his too with an incredible mark up on services. Yikes. Again, really nice guy but right now I'm a broke girl and thought I would get a better deal than Kinkos...not so much. Bummer! read more

I went here to get something notarized and also mail two birthday cards. This was in November. It is now mid January and my sister and her friend have still not received their Bday cards. I stopped back by the store in December to ask the owner what was going on with the cards and he told me that it is a busy time of year and it could take 14 business days to get to the destinations. Fine. But it is now January and my sister and friend still do not have their cards. I have a bad feeling about this place and the way it is being ran. Well I guess I am the first one in writing a bad review about this place....I guess I met Bali , nice, smiley guy who offered me a cup of tea and milk even before asking me what I needed ....the place is tiny, computers are really slow ..it's a mix of printing/ delivering/ packaging / courier/ t- shirts // souvenirs / kind of place...the problem is ..I only needed to print a page email ..... but they consider an extra line on a second page as a full price page ...but I was charged over $ 5 for that !!! just because it came printed on color!!! I didn't asked for black and white, but they didn't offer the option..just a cup of tea ..on a dirty full of older cup of teas with milk surrounded by papers. kind of desk ......kind of disgusting !!!! by the way : they don't have any price list as regular office depot places ...
