Worst Mail Etc. I've ever had to deal with!!! Avoid this business totally if you can - UPS should end their affiliation with this location. Had a UPS package sent there for pick up because it required a signature. Received notification that it was delivered and we had 7 days to pick it up. Tried several times to pick it up but store closed early on Saturday (2 pm) and not open on Sundays at all. Finally got in on Monday 9/2 only to be told they didn't have package, store was closed (so why were the lights on and door open??) , they only hold packages for 5 days instead of 7 as required by UPS and the super rude lady wouldn't even look around for it. When I asked why they would send it back when I had the UPS slip in my hand saying it would be there until 9/2 she would only say "I don't know, ask UPS, we're closed". I wish i could give negative stats. Terrible business, awful employee. read more

Our mail was forwarded here using US Global Mail dot com as we traveled as digital nomads around the PNW for 5 months. There was an issue with a package but the owner found it and rectified the situation. Overall it was an easy process to pick up our mail here. She was quick to answer phone calls. read more

There is one lady running this whole place, and she appears completely overwhelmed. Today, to pick up a package that UPS dropped off there, there was a very long line out the door... with pissed-off people in the line (at least they were wearing masks). It's a small, uncomfortable place that is newly opened up at 4730 University Way NE (across The Ave from their old location at 4739). MY suggestion is to not overwhelm any more this single person that runs this place, and go somewhere else for MUCH faster service. read more

The dog is sooo cute!! Ok, I am not reviewing the dog, but the store so here we go. The lady behind the counter was really nice. I came in to notarize some documents, and she allowed me to use the laptop to print a couple extra pages. She usually charges 10 dollars per stamp/ signature, but when she heard I had five, she offered me a discount of $5 for every signature after the first. However, I ended up only needing two and therefore paid $20. Plus you can get all your shipping done without having to wait in those USPS lines. Oh God, just the thought of it. Anyways, definitely recommend this place for all mail etc. related things :) read more

I went in here to drop off a couple packages. I had called previously to make sure that this would be OK and to make sure that they were a mail drop-off service. The man I spoke to said it was completely fine for me to drop off packages and did not specify the amount I could drop off. I came in with four small packages and the lady who helped me acted like I was a complete nuisance. She was incredibly rude and acted as if I was an idiot. She told me not to bring in so many next time. I felt so uncomfortable. I understand if this is the case, but I would have greatly appreciated if the man I spoke to on the phone would've specified this before-hand to save me the embarrassment. read more

They were incredibly helpful and kind. I've sent packages internationally from here twice now. My package was kind of a mess and they made sure I wasnt sending anything that would get taken out by customs. They worked to get me the lowest price and were patient. read more

I rented a U-Haul from these folks and when I went to pick up the truck, I couldn't find the key. The business was closed even though it was during their regular store hours. After 3 hours and five calls to U-Haul, I got the key and the truck. These people didn't even apologize for the three-hour loss of time and the frustration and inconvenience I experienced. read more

Yeah, their innocent dogs were there. But be careful with the owner. This year when I stopped by this store for the first time, the wife charged me $12 for one sheet of forever stamps. It should be $9.80. I didn't like the design of the stamps so I canceled it, and on my way home, I bought them in Bartell. It's so clear the owner was trying to cheat me because I, Asian, looked like a tourist with dorky sun hat that day. I couldn't believe that someone would try to make extra bucks by selling stamps dishonestly. I haven't checked with authority... but would think it's probably illegal what she did. read more

I went in here after reserving a UHaul. Not only did they not have a truck, they didn't offer any help and were quite literally helping another customer who was complaining over the phone. They simply said it was a busy time of the month and that they never received anything in their system. I had both a confirmation and reservation number, and the individuals behind the counter did nothing. I wish I could say they made an effort to remedy the issue, but they only exacerbated it by making the entire experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Will never be stepping foot in this place again. read more

I've been traveling for research the last 4 months, and they have done a superb job of holding my mail, accepting packages, forwarding only those pieces of mail I need while on the road.
