Kristian was the cashier today. Upon arrival he was on the phone. After a couple minutes he waited on me. He advised there were longer phone chargers like I desired on the wall across from him. I ventured over, and found what I needed but was unable ro remove it. It appeared to be tethered to the display rack so I asked if he needed to unlock it? He replied, yes. I waited while he finished helping someone else who had walked in. I admit I was a little annoyed by him not walking over with me initially to unlock purchase but he appeared to be working alone so I gave him grace today lol. read more

This was my first visit to this FedEx location, and while I've generally had positive experiences with FedEx, this one was disappointing. I went in to ship a package and laminate a few posters. The lamination is self-service, but the prices are the same as other places where staff handle it for you. There were two employees on duty; one of them was quite unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with the lamination process, simply shrugging and returning to his work. Fortunately, the other employee stepped in to help. Overall, the customer service here was lacking--cold and unfriendly. I wouldn't choose to come back to this location. read more

Went here to mail checks to lawyers and the last of my divorce paperwork. Came in with the addresses printed to make it easy. The guy behind the counter kept putting typos in both address and phone numbers. And stacked them he parcels, label less. (There were 5 identically sized). He told me "don't worry I have a system" I told me that's unacceptable and had him reopen them and confirm - he was wrong. So we start again, does the same typos and tells me "well if you won't trust me that I'll fix it later I guess we have to start over again". At this point I had been there about 20 minutes and just asked for a refund and walked down to the mail spot on 3rd and Lenora. I'll be going there from now on, despite this fedex being next door to my apt building. Stay away if you want your stuff arriving. read more

I am appalled at the horrible service at this location. The hours listed on the site, and even here, are 10 am to 6 pm. My partner and I took a very heavy box for shipment to this location -- almost 50 pounds -- at about 1:30 pm. As my partner, who was carrying the very heavy box, and I tried to enter the store, the attendant incredibly rudely put up a "closed for lunch - return in an hour" sign and slammed the door in our faces. No apology, no request to return, no explanation. Just utter rudeness. read more

I've worked in customer service in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. I know what good customer service is, and when someone is really trying but may not know quite how to handle a situation but is honest about it. This place is the opposite... the people know what they are doing but will not do anything beyond what they need to do to not get fired. I came in wanting to ship a package for the holidays and I was told that they wouldn't take a corporate discount despite the proof that I had to show them... they wouldn't even look at the proof. Obviously they could have extended the discount but chose not to. They then reminded me that they were closing in 20 minutes. This was not necessary--there was only one other customer and there were two employees... so do the math. Two customers and two employees does not warrant rushing people out of the store when I'd only been helped for five minutes. I can take a blunt hint that my business is not welcome there. The interaction was rude enough for me to want to drive a mile down and ship the package with a competitor... they gave me the same price and guaranteed the package would arrive by Christmas, and with tracking. Also without the smirk and reminders of their hours. Go elsewhere to get packages shipped... the service may be better at other Fedex locations as well. read more

Every time I've gone, the associates are friendly and helpful. (To the point of holding my puppy while I took care of my package) It's not always the fastest because people come with packing issues, not grab and go. It's situated in a neighborhood of Amazon employees and an on-demand culture - so the reviews often get skewed by those instantaneous reward expectations. If you can burst out of that bubble, the service is good, like a neighborhood joint. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with "Airy" or "Airea" - not quite sure as when I asked her name, she blatantly mumbled it 3 times to avoid telling me. After asking the first person my options to print my document (3 whole PAGES... can you IMAGINE!?), I was told that I should pay for the self service internet to mail them to the store. Fine. Once I finally log in, the first person is nowhere to be found. Fine again. The new person (Airy/Airea) was so disgruntled that I would even SUGGEST asking her for help. Different paper? "Send it to the printer". "Different stock?" ... did you send it to the printer? .... are you serious right now? Finally, I learned that the "internet is down and we can't help; you can just send it to the desktop printer." So I paid my internet fee, left without my documents, and will never return. For being located in the heart of Amazon/MSFT/FB campus, the level of customer service here is an absolute disgrace. Will be sure to never send any business here again, over a simple 3-page color document on regular card stock. Also plan on following up with management regarding this experience. I've been to this location for passport photos and FedEx shipping. My passport photos came out pretty good considering they are the mug-shot type ID photos. The guy allowed me to do a few retakes which I thought was nice of him. Some places just take your first one and want you to get the heck out of their shop. FedEx shipping is quick and fast. Not a huge line like other Kinkos. All in all, a good experience here. read more

I should have been more hesitant about trying to do art prints and make paper goods at a place like Fedex Office, but I was taken in by their online ordering thingy. My experience was fine for the most part, and while mistakes were made on the part of employees and myself from time to time, they always got fixed eventually. For the most part the employees were friendly. That's why I give it two stars. Plus the online ordering thing is convenient when everything is done correctly. However, I'm taking my business elsewhere now. I can no longer see the reason in submitting a 500DPI file and getting back something that looks like a giant JPEG artifact half the time. I don't like to write negative reviews on Yelp, but there you go. read more

The woman working at this location is always misleading and extremely rude when I come here and I only ever come to print a page or two. Everytime I am in there she makes me feel so awkward like I can't tell if she's going to help me or not. Like tonight I came in to print something small 20 minutes before closing time. She tells me to email what I am wanting to print to her because I wanted it on card stock after standing there for 10 minutes she tells me the printer isn't working that she would take an order for me so I said okay as she wrote my info down to call me the next day when my order is ready. I then told her well I think I will just print at least one on the regular printer just to see how it comes out, she says okay then I proceeded to try and print the same thing on the regular printer after standing there for another good 10 minutes waiting on the code to come to my email she tells me oh this printer will now be busy until we close? I'm like so I won't get a code and she says oh you'll get a code but it will be busy printing other stuff until we close so she put someone else's order ahead of mine even though I was at the printer first. I'm just so annoyed at her attitude and lack of customer service. I literally wanted one paper printed that I was unable to get although I was there way before closing. I will drive to another location or business all together next time. read more

Shipped my passport from this fedex center. I lost my receipt with the tracking numbers exactly two minutes after I left the store. I was almost in tears when I called the store and the 1800 number that fedex was unable to find my shipment and that I had to have the tracking numbers. 5 stars to Noah for answering my call and going out of his way to run all kinds of searches with my phone number, to and from addresses, my account number and actually find my shipment even though the fedex customer service center couldn't! He called me back and gave me the tracking numbers!! Being a foreigner in the US, losing your passport can be very scary. Thanks to Noah for going out of his way to help me!! I love this location! Everyone here is great. There have been some huge changes at this location and Im loving the staff thats here now.

I dropped off a package with my passport at this fedex store and promptly lost my tracking numbers. I called the store and the 1800 helpline only to be told that nothing can be done without the tracking numbers and that the shipment wasn't showing up on my account so they couldn't do anything. Five stars to Noah for going out of his way to run multiple different searches with my phone number, account number, to and from addresses and find my tracking numbers!losing your passport in a foreign country can be a scary affair and I was almost in tears! Thank you so much Noah for all your help.
