Walked in to ask about printing out a resume. 5 printers sitting around with printed paper. 2 guys sitting there doing idk what, but told me no I couldn't print a resume. Maybe I would have printed in bulk or in multiples, but they didn't even ask. Just straight no. So no I don't recommend a place that turns down people, when they could have made some money. Turning away business when your not doing anything and you have regular sheet paper with black ink printed on it. Shame on you and this so called business that I will never recommend to others. read more

Best prices, hands down! They do great work. I usually call and then email the file. They email me when the job is ready and they usually have a great turn-around time. Even better, they are incredibly accurate and honest with their turn-around times; they will let you know if they can't due a project rather than trying to cram in too much. Everyone is always friendly and great to work with. The only downside is that they are not real keen on doing proofs and provide few paper choices (but you can bring your own.) However, for the price, none of this really matters. They are hands down who I go to about 90% of the time for print jobs. read more

Be prepared... The phone number listed on Yelp goes to private voicemail. I thought I had the wrong phone number and hung up, but after visiting the print shop I suspect it is indeed the right phone number. Next, considering the printer is located in my neighborhood, I decided to drop-in for a quick, small scale, print job. I arrived at 4:17PM. Their work hours are 9:00 - 4:00, weekdays, which surprised me. Undeterred, today I finally managed to pop in and check the shop out. Once inside, it's like stepping back to 1975. I opened the door and the shop dog immediately began barking at my unwelcome intrusion. Paper was strewn and piled *everywhere*. On the desk near the door was a still-used electric typewriter, circa 1970-something. Here's the deal: they did a simple job for me and they did it fast with friendly service. It was clear by being inside that many Seattle businesses rely on their services. My service rating would be a 5 star, but I wanted to make sure you know what to expect. LOVE G&H. Generally we can handle our office's printjobs on our office printer, but occasionally we'll have a large report to print multiple copies of. Enter G&H. We get good quality prints and paper for super cheap. They even have given me tips on how to make the experience cheaper by printing in certain ways. I have used them several times for jobs, because I'd rather support a local business than Kinkos, but the attitude I got from the owner was such a bummer that I can't give them my business, and tell friends to go elsewhere. The owner charged me $5 to print 2 b&w 8.5"x11" pieces of paper, because apparently that is their shop minimum (not posted anywhere). Then proceeded to tell me he is 'sick of people bringing in small jobs". Never wanted to see a local store go under, but a Kinkos with a self service copier would be a big improvement over this place. read more

When I found out about G & H, it seemed too good to be true. They do excellent work for the absolute lowest prices in town. In our business we frequently need to have hundreds of color copies, either 8.5x11 or 11x17. I won't tell you what price G & H gives us but it is way, way, WAY better than Kinko's! These guys are the best. They do great work, they go the extra mile for you, and their prices are out of this world. Unlike most printers, who charge you a lot for small print jobs and only give you discounts on big print jobs, G&H charges you the same great low price no matter how big or small your order might be! I thought Costco had good prices, but they have nothing on these guys. G&H also go through more effort to save me money, printing out orders on larger pieces of paper and then cutting them down to size, since they charge not by paper size, but by number of prints. And they're quick to notice possible mistakes and contact me before printing the order - no other place would do that! Plus, you're supporting a local business, which is always a good thing. This no-frills print shop is simply terrific. Have your file ready as a high-res PDF, specify size, paper & quantity, and you don't need to worry. They print event posters and flyers for me. The rates are flat whether you're printing 50 or 500. They are FAST, inexpensive, and the resulting product for me has always been excellent. Yep, if you want confirmation of receipt of your request, you need to ask for it. They're not salesmen, they're printers. So don't expect a pitch or hand-holding. i also love these guys. i live in eastlake and they are my go-to print shop. much, much better service than kinkos and much, much cheaper prices. they operate regular, sane business hours. if you have a problem with that, go ahead and get gouged by kinkos. if you are the sort of person who plans ahead and doesn't always need things printed at the absolute last minute, then you're going to get friendly service and great prices here. i will agree with Tanea on one thing. Online service is not their strong suit. Phone or showing up in person works best. read more

This is a very good, very fast, very inexpensive local printshop. This is two guys working at breakneck speed. They do great work, but do not expect to be babysat. Turn in print-ready files. Do not expect confirmation of receipt - if you need that, email and ask for it - but do expect to hear back within a day or three that your job is finished.
