Wanderer's is a Godsend for anyone who lives/works near the Market. Gone are the days of hauling junk I've sold on eBay up to the post office on 3rd Ave. Now, I bring my items here for the friendly folks to pack and ship and I have the option of USPS, FedEx or UPS as carriers. Also, I save time sending packages here because your return address is saved in their system for quick retrieval. If I miss the pick-up time for the outgoing mailbox at work, I can just head to Wanderer's before 5:30PM. They've also got a couple computers for Internet access and a copier. Also, the walls are lined with event posters -if you happen to see one you like, you can put your name on a list and they will contact you when they take it down. It would be great if they could sell postal money orders, but alas, the USPS is the only place to get them when I need to send payment to a seller who doesn't have a Paypal account -pfft, noobs.

Consistent mistreatment of mail at Wanderer's.

We just started using Wanderer's and wow what a horrible experience it has been thus far. The employee who works Saturday and Friday, at least today, is highly dismissive and unhelpful. I recommend against using Wanderer's for any type of service. Wanderer's has damaged 1/3 of the mail they have handled for us. Additionally, they have lost articles of mail and subsequently say sorry can't find it, move along, get out of the store. If I could give these guys zero stars I would. They'll insist none of this is their fault, but it is and they adamantly refuse to address the problems in their company causing this. Attached is evidence of Wanderer's disregard for mail. I should note we used another service for close to a decade with no issues. We had to switch to Wanderer's to maintain a local address. Sadly, we're on the hunt for another mail service who doesn't suck.

The man in the store packaged my item on the spot, filled out the shipping info with me and sent it out! Quick and painless.

Good for sending off stuff and getting stamps and stuff, but I feel like the guy could have been a tad bit more pleasant. 2 1/2 stars ish.

Note: this is not reviewing their shipping services…read more I had driven past Sip and Ship sites for years, Ballard now shuttered, and Greenwood remained open. However, their 2/25/26 IG post caught my attention with regards of their version of Cafe Besalu's ginger biscuit. Direct quote: "reimagined by our talented baker Emma in our little bakery corner. She's perfected the texture, warmth, and that signature ginger sparkle." Some background info: Cafe Besalu was a beloved pastry shop in Ballard from 2000 - 2017. When the original owner and his family moved to Spain, the shop was sold to Herkimer Coffee, which then later closed the site permanently in 2023. Their 3/2/26 IG post literally got me in my car..."Flaky. Buttery. Perfectly spiced with that subtle ginger warmth that makes you pause mid-bite. This isn't just a cookie. It's a little Ballard classic - now freshly baked, ready, and waiting for you." I was able to get a parking spot close to the shop, never been until that morning. I was literally floored that this indeed had shipping and retail areas, but also an actual cafe with onsite seating - cafe tables and a window facing counter. But oh my what stopped me in my tracks was seeing the pastry case. I haven't seen such a lovely display in awhile. It seems most places, product are stacked, messy display case trays full of crumbs and pastries askew. Clearly head baker, Emma, takes full pride with the variety of baked goods nicely curated. I was told that the ginger biscuits were just pulled from the oven an hour ago. I purchased two of them and also one each of the peanut butter cookie and ginger molasses cookie. Heavenly scents permeated my car as I drove back north. The ginger biscuit had a nice tender, moist crumb. The Homie savored this the same day and brought him back to his childhood. I ate mine the next day and it was superb. Perfect distribution of the candied ginger warmth and that notable bejeweled top texture. Delicious! The ginger molasses cookie had that perfect balance of crisp edges and moist chew. The sugar exterior literally sparkled when I photographed it while on a road trip stop. The peanut butter cookie was ginormous and was very delicate. It had broken into five pieces. It was relatively thin, had a sandy texture, and subtle peanut butter flavor. The Phinney Ridge - Greenwood - Ballard neighborhoods has quite a collection of indie cafes and bakeshops. I'll have to say that Sip & Ship in Greenwood provided that gotcha moment with their high quality, fresh baked goods. Note to self - they have shipping and notary services too. But those baked goods....definitely, I'll be back!

I went there for notary services and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Very nice people…read more Stopped to browse all the cute stuff they had.

I wince watching him talk to customers. Anyone treat anyone like that in a work situation like that in Seattle evee. For a while I thought it was funny ish until I finally had it turned on me. Eventually over the course of the summer they lost five packages of mine that were reported as being delivered there, so whatever that means. The final straw was when I had to mail a legal document and unfortunately chose to mail it from there. Even though it went from Seattle to SeaTac it took a month to get there. Every time I would have an issue I just got to shrug and a sort of like apathetic mumbles that it was somebody else's fault. Props to the employees who can actually endure there. One guy has been there the entire time I've been going there and I just feel like holy shit... How can you put up with this environment? Also I hope you like Domino's because this place totally reeks like bad pizza from the Domino's downstairs. Finally found another package sending and receiving spot on the hill that is 25% cheaper and provides all the same services. Never moved on something that fast before! Much happier at the new place and the owner is cheerful and helpful.

It doesn't matter who's working -- Young or old, man or woman, nonbinary... Every time I need to drop a package, they're rude, rolling their eyes, yelling and act as if I'm interrupting them. I had to go in today because the UPS store I now go to which is actually out of my way but they treat customers with a basic hello, was closed. Like I said, ive been avoiding this place for a year and went in today, and nothing changed. There young men were working and the one with the glasses was very rude. I recommend going to the one in Cap Hill or SLU and avoid this one. It'll ruin your day.

Well if you've done a lot of shopping or printing you will find that the branches are actually not as cookie cutter as you'd think. First of all, we all have color printers and they do a decent job of printing but no where near as good as the printing you will have done on the color printer behind the counter. You'd be amazed at the sharpness of the colors and the range of colors. One of the things I like is that they are able to help tweak PDFs you bring in. So if you don't have it saved with enough space at the edge they can fix that for you. Also, I liked that they also let me review the copies before having them run off. I've gotten brochures made here and I like the selection of paper they have available as far as quality and thickness. If you are not sure what type of paper to use they are really good at making recommendations. I've also had cards and other items made with card stock and all of those were perfect. Tre staff here are always polite and friendly. They offer good customer service and are very quick at getting the work done. I'd recommend opening an account here and getting the discount. It really ads up if you do a lot of printing.
