Today I found myself running errands to 3 different places all within 1 block of each other and found this UPS store super convenient to drop a return package of at! Customer service was up to par! Will keep this location in mind when I am in the area again!

Website says they can assist with all things USPS. Think to myself, great, I only have to go to one spot to get this return label printed and sent off. I don't have to deal with the post office. I was wrong. They were able to print my return label fine from a thumb drive but said to take it to the post office. Was told this was because they couldnt produce the proper receipt for tracking through USPS. If that is the case then why the hell does you company website say what it says? Was told the info was generic and can vary by store but as you see from attached photos the ups store corporate website calls out the specific location on the webpage. (https://locations.theupsstore.com/wa/seattle/24-roy-st?utm_source=Yext&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=Listings) Also, UPS store is the only print shop I know of that seems to charge labor for printing a black and white letter size (8.5x11) document. They charged me 2 bux for a black and white print off my thumb drive. Apparently its cheaper if you submit via email or the website from what I was told. They say it was for the work of the employee of pulling up the file etc. To which I thought, kind of like they have to open the email, read the request instead of hearing it from my mouth. followed by downloading the attachment and opening it to print. How is that different than plugging in my thumb drive to open the file? I should have walked across the street to fedex office and did it myself for about 13 cents but im dealing with an ankle injury so it woulda been more work than it was worth. that said you can imagine how annoyed i was that I now still had to go to the post office to send my return package. Go with fedex, they may suck too but UPS sucks more.

You can rent a mailbox at this UPS location.

Seattle, Washington (In Queen Anne) Renting a mail box from UPS costs more then a USPS PO Bx but they offer more services then a PO Bx. I'm out of town a lot I appreciate that I can call this business and ask them to check my box for a particular piece of mail and fwd it to me. This also saves me a trip to the box if the mail hasn't arrived yet. UPS provide a number of services: Hold your mail Sign for all your incoming pkgs Send your mail to u if u r outta town They will wrap & send a pkg for you I've used this location for a couple of years and the employees have always been professional and courteous some addressing me by name. I trust them to properly fwd my mail in a timely manner when I'm out of town and have needed a particular piece of mail sent to me at an out of town address. When I receive a package they email me to let me know it has arrived. This is very convenient for me. If you have a mailbox at this location you have 24/7 access to check your mail because they give you a key to the stores locked front door. I appreciate their setup and the services they provide meet my needs. I don't have to be concerned of possible package theft when I use a UPS mailbox vs home delivery. It does cost more then a USPS PO Box but to me it's worth the peace of mind that my mail and packages are safe and secure at the UPS office. I would recommend this UPS location to meet your postal needs.

I needed some printing done and wanted to support a local business - but they definitely messed up my order. I had samples of what I was looking for, sent the PDF and was told at least 1 set of cards may be ready in the morning - I was trying to be flexible since it was a pretty last minute order. There seemed to be no communication between the evening and the morning shift - they weren't aware of the urgency of my order or what I was looking for. The prints were printed in a smaller size than what was on the file and was not printed double sided at all. I think that was more the fault of the evening crew and lack of communication. I will say when I was trying to get them in the morning - Alexa I believe her name was - was very apologetic and noted it should have been done earlier so I appreciated that and she did give me some paperclips so I could clip the card's 2 sides together - so I appreciated they did what they could for the staff they had and knowledge at least in the morning with the printing already wrong. But I feel like I have to take off stars for not printing something doubled sided I had asked for, had a sample of to show and I think it was obvious in the file: But ya - I should just do shipping here personally.

Note: this is not reviewing their shipping services…read more I had driven past Sip and Ship sites for years, Ballard now shuttered, and Greenwood remained open. However, their 2/25/26 IG post caught my attention with regards of their version of Cafe Besalu's ginger biscuit. Direct quote: "reimagined by our talented baker Emma in our little bakery corner. She's perfected the texture, warmth, and that signature ginger sparkle." Some background info: Cafe Besalu was a beloved pastry shop in Ballard from 2000 - 2017. When the original owner and his family moved to Spain, the shop was sold to Herkimer Coffee, which then later closed the site permanently in 2023. Their 3/2/26 IG post literally got me in my car..."Flaky. Buttery. Perfectly spiced with that subtle ginger warmth that makes you pause mid-bite. This isn't just a cookie. It's a little Ballard classic - now freshly baked, ready, and waiting for you." I was able to get a parking spot close to the shop, never been until that morning. I was literally floored that this indeed had shipping and retail areas, but also an actual cafe with onsite seating - cafe tables and a window facing counter. But oh my what stopped me in my tracks was seeing the pastry case. I haven't seen such a lovely display in awhile. It seems most places, product are stacked, messy display case trays full of crumbs and pastries askew. Clearly head baker, Emma, takes full pride with the variety of baked goods nicely curated. I was told that the ginger biscuits were just pulled from the oven an hour ago. I purchased two of them and also one each of the peanut butter cookie and ginger molasses cookie. Heavenly scents permeated my car as I drove back north. The ginger biscuit had a nice tender, moist crumb. The Homie savored this the same day and brought him back to his childhood. I ate mine the next day and it was superb. Perfect distribution of the candied ginger warmth and that notable bejeweled top texture. Delicious! The ginger molasses cookie had that perfect balance of crisp edges and moist chew. The sugar exterior literally sparkled when I photographed it while on a road trip stop. The peanut butter cookie was ginormous and was very delicate. It had broken into five pieces. It was relatively thin, had a sandy texture, and subtle peanut butter flavor. The Phinney Ridge - Greenwood - Ballard neighborhoods has quite a collection of indie cafes and bakeshops. I'll have to say that Sip & Ship in Greenwood provided that gotcha moment with their high quality, fresh baked goods. Note to self - they have shipping and notary services too. But those baked goods....definitely, I'll be back!

I went there for notary services and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Very nice people…read more Stopped to browse all the cute stuff they had.

I wince watching him talk to customers. Anyone treat anyone like that in a work situation like that in Seattle evee. For a while I thought it was funny ish until I finally had it turned on me. Eventually over the course of the summer they lost five packages of mine that were reported as being delivered there, so whatever that means. The final straw was when I had to mail a legal document and unfortunately chose to mail it from there. Even though it went from Seattle to SeaTac it took a month to get there. Every time I would have an issue I just got to shrug and a sort of like apathetic mumbles that it was somebody else's fault. Props to the employees who can actually endure there. One guy has been there the entire time I've been going there and I just feel like holy shit... How can you put up with this environment? Also I hope you like Domino's because this place totally reeks like bad pizza from the Domino's downstairs. Finally found another package sending and receiving spot on the hill that is 25% cheaper and provides all the same services. Never moved on something that fast before! Much happier at the new place and the owner is cheerful and helpful.
