A great spot to enjoy coffee!

The coffee is delicious. The staff is very friendly. It's a very cute, trendy place to hang out with an adorable patio.

Great coffee (they also have every milk/plant milk option imaginable), nice selection of pastries, cozy counter/two-top indoors for seating, some outdoor covered seating, and very friendly staff. If I lived nearby I would hit it up more often. It has that quintessential neighborhoody, where-everyone-knows-your-name vibe.

What a lovely neighborhood coffee shop with excellent coffee.. i stopped by and tried their Orange Kissed Mocha and thats all I needed to get through my day.. i was at first apprehensive of orange peel interfering with my dark chocolate but boy was I wrong.. perfect tinge of orange with just about right amount of chocolate what makes this my fav drink here.. i regret not stopping by earlier but now I will be coming back for more regularly! Folks in the neighborhood give these guys a try and you will not regret it at all.. Cant wait to try all the other varieties you have to offer.. see you soon!

Autumn Specials 2020

I don't know how I went so long without trying this place out! After I did, I went twice within a week. Luckily, I don't depend on coffee to function, but sometimes I crave a coffee drink just for the taste. So many options sound good to me, and it's nice I can get it decaf for an afternoon coffee. I haven't tried their regular offerings yet, as their Autumn Specials sounded too tasty to pass up: - Oversized Sweater: The honey overpowered the gingerbread in my opinion. I was hoping for something reminiscent of Starbucks gingerbread latte, but I did not taste much gingerbread. My boyfriend liked this as it wasn't too sweet. - Game Nights: This was good and the hint of orange was perfect! - Social Distancing: No coffee in this one - just chai plus apple cider. Perfect for fall. Service was very friendly both times. I just wished they mentioned/reminded about their punch cards to help me remember to get it punched! ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here.

Really enjoyed walking here while I was staying in the neighborhood. Had a couple of different coffees and a breakfast sandwich. All of the items were great. The people working there are really nice and engaging. They have pretty cool art on the walls too.

Caramel/lavender latte!

Cute little cafe! The baristas/cashiers are friendly and they have a bunch of specialty offerings on their menu. Lattes, blended drinks, and smoothies too. They even gave food like breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the caramel/lavender latte one morning. The marigold latte also sounded good and I want to try that next time. My latte was not bad - I didnt really detect a lavender flavor. The name of the cafe kind of confuses me - I expected a larger space with more seating that would be good for working/studying. They actually have three desktop computers and then a few small tables (maybe three?) that you could work on. And then they have seats in the outdoor patio area, but it's not really conducive to working there either. They do offer a texting service for ordering your coffee. Though I haven't tried it, it seems convenient if you know what you want. You text your order and then it should be ready for you to pick up when you arrive!

They are willing to make your bevvy dreams a reality. In retrospect, some of the flavor combinations I've suggested are nightmares. But, I am a Goblin. The interior has themed rooms which are kept clean by Seattle and Goblin standards, but would be considered fairly dirty anywhere in Japan. It can get busy on the weekends, but this Goblin knows what it's like to be slammed, so I wait patiently and be respectful. It's nice to see an unpretentious flavor forward cafe run by young women doing so well. Their Hazelnut lattes don't lack flavor and taste like you "don't get it". Their coffee tastes like you were finally invited to the dance. While the market has decided that a Goblin will pay at least $8 for a coffee now, I'll fight back my Goblin tears and say "WORTH IT, WORTH IT, YOU ARE WORTH IT!". I took 1 star off because no place is perfect. I'd also like to see patrons of West Seattle businesses do more as a community to keep these spaces clean and tidy.

I am notoriously picky about my Chai, especially since I usually request non-fat milk. Often, that means sacrificing the texture, but not here! My latte was remarkably creamy and delicious--perfectly spiced and somehow still felt indulgent despite my light milk choice. This place is a breath of fresh air for the neighborhood. It was the beginning of February I had an interesting drink item there. Since I was debating between their mocha, chai, and latte. I had the best of three worlds. It just so happened that they were going to be putting their Valentine's specials out soon. That was going to be on their menu and it was suggested to me. It was very chai/spice forward which I like in my chai drinks. The Mocha profile was a bit faint for me as well as the espresso. They competed for my attention and the chai won out in the end. I can say I enjoyed it, but am more curious about how they are as their own individual drinks. Other worth while mentions. They don't currently make their own syrups, but since it's a popular question. I'm sure they are considering it a possibility I'm the future. Lastly, the individual who helped me. I didn't catch their name, but they were extremely nice and patient with me. Happily answered my questions. I highly recommend trying this place and can find myself coming back if I'm in the area I'm need of some caffeinated beverages.

There was some renovation going on, so there weren't any seats available for dine-in. However, there was a bench inside where we sat to enjoy our coffee, which worked out since I love having coffee at cafes, especially in their cute mugs. The quality of the coffee was amazing easily one of the best I've had in Seattle. I also appreciated their efficient setup: the barista takes your order and makes it at the same time. You might have to wait in line a bit longer, but you get your coffee right away instead of waiting for your name to be called later. Just be prepared for a line, but it's totally worth it!

We picked up a couple of bags of beans from the shop, but all the credit goes to their amazing barista and owner. You can truly tell how passionate and skilled they are in their craft. We loved it so much that we visited twice, and both times the drinks were absolutely perfect (tried cappuccino and espresso with hot chocolate) The café has such a cozy, relaxing city vibe; I noticed many people upstairs reading, studying, and working. I'd love to come back someday and spend more time there, savoring their coffee to the fullest.
