Find another notary. We've had three documents notarized by two individuals in the last few weeks at the Bremerton store. First one needed to be returned to fix mistakes. Last two were so messed up they were rejected by the recipient of those documents. I called about a refund and was told they only offer resigning, but they would check on a refund and call me back. No call. Its clear to me (a retired notary signing agent) that these people received absolutely no training to do this job. I don't blame the notaries themselves. I feel they were thrown into the deep end by the store, sink or swim. We took the last documents to a more experienced source read more

I stopped by to drop off secure documents for shredding. When the 3 people working there finally stopped chatting I was told that there was no room in the shredder. There was an event and the shredder was full. One employee sat on the area where a person would drop off a package. Another told me to leave my bag and they would keep it in the back. Again I was told to leave my bag and I told them no and walked out. I am disappointed in the lack of courtesy and customer service. You could have edgered me to another store that could help me. You could have stopped chatting among yourselves and talked to me. I was the only customer in the store. I will not be returning to your store as there are other stores that welcome me and appreciate my business. I know I am one person, but I will be telling everyone I know to go elsewhere. read more

Absolutely beautiful customer service and very professional And was able to not only to help disgruntled customers who were as unprepared as I was but was able to send all of us out the door with smiles It's funny how common it is for people to rush through their returns and forget to read the full instructions. I myself have fallen victim to this but they were more then willing to present me options and even tried to see about changing my code bc I ended up being very last minute and had no supplies It's was only a couple bucks of labor for them to tape up my item after I brought in a box While others were complaining and being unreasonable about the fees it did clearly state in my instructions that fees may apply if I was unprepared But absolutely recommend them they taught me a lot and helped me through so much I hope one day they can get more understanding individuals they definitely go above and beyond in their policies and deserve the best read more

I brought in an Amazon return that was sealed and packaged (per the instructions) and asked if they had an extra few inches of tape to secure one spot. I was told it would be $1.50 for "sealing". It's ironic to be nickel and dimed by a business that advertises "proudly owned by a member of your community" on the door. Like has that community member ever considered their customer experience? Giving your employees the ability to triage and respond to reasonable requests like this would go miles. I saw the owner's reply to the other person with this same experience and I'm not swayed. We're talking 5¢ of tape and time of someone who wasn't doing anything when I came in, which you're already paying for. read more

We came in and we were only moderately prepared for our Amazon return. We needed a decent amount of help, but the shop was suddenly thronged with people with diverse needs. The woman running things triaged us all beautifully, gave every customer genial help and got everyone what they needed timely. We could hardly have been more impressed. Went in with my 2yr old son to return some items from Amazon. In Amazons return description is says to simply drop off items, show scan code and they will box and ship. The employee (AMBER) completely lost her cool and said "come on man really?" When I dropped the 4 items off in a box with printed scan codes and said there are 4 items she said "NO SHIT!" Sh red then complained about how she was going to be there for ten hours and was obviously sick sounding and no mask either. I told her I simply followed Amazon's instructions and don't appreciate her swearing at me in front of my child. She did not care at all and when I asked her name she said "oh, you gonna call my supervisor"? In a smug tone. This was the worst ups experience of all time. read more

Customer service is unacceptable! They charge for things that Amazon says are at no charge to the customer. I was charged $.99 for a piece of tape.I was returning a package that was sealed in the original package, they told me I couldn't do that, that it had to be put in a box.I told them that the instructions from Amazon did not say that. She. Said I could buy their box for $6.00,+tax for a box size of 8x12. I left! This is not the first time they tried to up sale me. The only reason I go there is because the store is close by my house. I WOULD NOT recommend this store to anyone! I will no longer be using their services. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had an Amazon return which they wanted me to bring in unboxed so did. It has now been over two weeks and the return is still at their store because they take your return and leave it in a box until it's full. Every time I call they just tell me they can do nothing about it and I need to contact Amazon. I've even offered paying for it to be separately boxed so I can get my money back and they said it's too late. Chances are I won't be able to get my refund from Amazon because of this business. If your gonna send a Amazon return through then make sure you box it your self before bringing it to this UPS store. 9/20/22 read more

Dropped off a Amazon return and Amazon said it was never returned! Took a lot of my time to try to straighten this out! I've returned many Amazon packages and never had an issue until I used this UPS store. I suggest returning Amazon stuff to Kohl's and not here. read more

I was there today, returned an envelop to Amazon envelop was open, I was charge 1.64 for 10'' packaging tape. left bed taste in my mouth. It should be complementary, I can't believe they charge for 10'' packaging tape to seal my envelop. I will not use this UPS store in the future. Otherwise service was fine. read more

I went in to drop off a return package to Amazon and had to wait for 20 minutes (15 of the time was the only employee in the store on the phone talking to I am guessing an older person) THE ONLY EMPLOYEE had to keep telling the person on the phone she had to hang up but did not. I am disabled and can not stand that long. The employees either need to not answer the phone when customers are in line or limit their time to less than a minute. They also need to have at least two disabled person chairs in the store for us. read more

This place needs to have more than one person to help people out. If your going to have it as an Amazon drop off with 300 new apartments right behind the store for sure. They poor woman was running two register and the line was wrapped around the place then the Amazon guy walks in and demands to be helped. This place is always like that. Went to this UPS store today. They printed out an Amazon shipping label for me and charged me $2.17, which was supposedly tax. After reading the label, it was going to somewhere in China with no address. I was not able to send the item back, so the label was for nothing. The customer service guy was nice and said I could get my money back.. when he brought the female manager over, she said I couldn't get my money back because I paid for the ink that went in the paper and that they were a printing place. I really don't believe that it cost $2.17 for 2 sheets of paper. Really disappointed in this woman's customer service. Very unfriendly and unfair. Won't be coming back. read more

Rude clerk and they lost my package! I lost $175 worth of merchandise due to their incompetence and refused to lift a finger to help me try to search for it. I asked to talk to the manager and they said they would give our information to the store manager. He never contacted us. Never leave your packages without taking a photo of the return label so you have definitive proof! That was my mistake. I now use Pak Mail. Their clerk suggested we take a photo of the return label which helped me immensely! I had to contact the company and they asked me for that information and I was able to send them the photo. I will NEVER use UPS Store at Bremerton EVER again! The clerk there was so rude to me! read more

I went in here today to make a few copies. After 3 copies the machine said it needed more paper. I asked for help and this guy behind the counter, without even looking at me, said rudely "there is no more 11 x 17 paper, you'll have to use 8 x 11 or go somewhere else". I asked him if there was any 11 x 17 paper in other copy machines and again, very rudely said "you have to go somewhere else and as he turned to walk away he said "sh*t?!" I said "excuse me???" And he said, "I don't have to take sh*t from nobody!" I was frustrated I admit, but this type of language is completely uncalled for. I told him he should be more professional and not talk to his customers like that. He got worse and said he can do whatever he wants. I said "maybe I should talk to the manager" and he said loudly " I AM THE MANAGER! take your copies and leave". I felt very threatened and turned to leave. As I was walking out he yelled "don't come back!" This is a terrible place! Don't walk in unless you're ready to get verbally attacked for asking for help. I'd been in here one time before and he was slightly rude then too, but I figured he was just having a bad day cuz it was the holidays and he was very busy so I let it slide. I had to ship a portrait-sized box for my mother-in-law's birthday. I made sure it was perfectly sealed and had fragile marked all over it, with "this side up" and whatnot. Go figure, I had forgotten to write the address on the thing. While in the store, I called up my wife to give me the information so we could generate the mailing label. The customer service worker smiled with me as she waited patiently for my business. Very personable and courteous, despite putting up with my forgetfulness. Made it easy for me to consider where to go next time I need to ship something like this again...as long as I remember where it's going first. read more
