I think you can come in or drive through off one of the other main streets but I couldn't seem to find the other entrance. After you walk through some bushes or down the steps that lead in the the pavilion-like area, you find this cute post office. It was really busy too, but the most people seemed to whizz in and out just checking P.O. boxes. I hardly saw anyone standing in line to mail things, but maybe that's due to the service. I didn't feel any difference in the normal sense of malaise and lethargy exhibited by most post office professionals. I guess you just get used to it. The outside signage was cool though. I didn't like that there were like 3 tables of people wanting you to sign petitions for clean energy, or organic products or plastic usage, or whatever else you could think of. I just wanted to take a picture in front of the post office and not sign my life away. Although....this is the post office we're talking about here. Love free speech and the right to petition though, don't get me wrong.

Last two were so messed up they were rejected by the recipient of those documents. I called about a refund and was told they only offer resigning, but they would check on a refund and call me back. No call. Its clear to me (a retired notary signing agent) that these people received absolutely no training to do this job. I don't blame the notaries themselves. I feel they were thrown into the deep end by the store, sink or swim. We took the last documents to a more experienced source

Due to mail and package theft in my neighborhood, which seemed worse than ever during the pandemic,…read morea friend recommended opening a mailbox at Park Postal in Ravenna, where she has a box herself. It was an exceptionally good idea. I no longer worry about whether my packages or mail will be there when I get home, nor due I have to worry about putting holds on deliveries while I'm out-of-town. The staff at Park Postal takes care of it all. If I'm gone for an extended trip, they'll even package up my mail and send it to me wherever I might be. I have shipped packages through them less often, but have found them to be courteous and efficient when I do so. As part of having a mailbox at the facility, I also get a couple of dozen free copies a month, which I use sporadically, but still enough to make it a nice added benefit. Also, and I think this is really important: the staff is always friendly and courteous, including the owner Chris. They usually greet me by name, and if I have packages being held, they'll usually go back and get them unprompted. Great customer service!! If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
