She said she would incorporate some additional things we talked about and mail me the proof. I got it later that afternoon and it looked great. The order was ready 3 days later and was very reasonably priced. I would recommend them for any business printing. I will be returning with more projects.

Besides just that, he recommended a unique limited edition poster on fine paper that could run on the same job... a product that would cost me thousands more if done separately. Third, excellent service. I've never felt more respected with my jobs with every detail covered. I've worked with other internet printers before... going local was the smartest thing I've done for my business.

I understand that rush orders may not always be possible, and I would have had no problem being told that respectfully. The issue was not the answer--it was how I was spoken to. That was especially disappointing because this is a local business, and I genuinely wanted to support a shop in the community. I had also heard positive things about the quality of their work, which is why I reached out in the first place. Unfortunately, the customer service experience immediately made me feel unwelcome and discouraged me from doing business with them. Good work matters, but so does treating potential customers with basic respect. I would rather spend my money with a company that communicates professionally, values its customers, and is willing to be helpful--even when it cannot accommodate a request.

It is difficult to support a small, local business when the employees are ignorant re the services they provide, but are rude to customers as well.

This is the 2nd time I've been in here and both times the service was excellent! Very nice place, clean, organized, efficient and helpful.

It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person. A bit defensive when answering questions. Maybe it was me? or they are just too busy because they do good work at reasonable prices.
