That was especially disappointing because this is a local business, and I genuinely wanted to support a shop in the community. I had also heard positive things about the quality of their work, which is why I reached out in the first place. Unfortunately, the customer service experience immediately made me feel unwelcome and discouraged me from doing business with them. Good work matters, but so does treating potential customers with basic respect. I would rather spend my money with a company that communicates professionally, values its customers, and is willing to be helpful--even when it cannot accommodate a request.
