Before I could fully…read moreexplain what I needed, I was met with a condescending tone, unnecessary questioning, and an overall lack of professionalism. I understand that rush orders may not always be possible, and I would have had no problem being told that respectfully. The issue was not the answer--it was how I was spoken to. That was especially disappointing because this is a local business, and I genuinely wanted to support a shop in the community. I had also heard positive things about the quality of their work, which is why I reached out in the first place. Unfortunately, the customer service experience immediately made me feel unwelcome and discouraged me from doing business with them. Good work matters, but so does treating potential customers with basic respect. I would rather spend my money with a company that communicates professionally, values its customers, and is willing to be helpful--even when it cannot accommodate a request.

As I was trying to clarify this, both employees abruptly rushed away to show a reoccurring customer that he could set his package down in the same place as he always does. I ended up sending my parcels from the FedEx store in Silverdale and will continue to use them for future shipments. It is difficult to support a small, local business when the employees are ignorant re the services they provide, but are rude to customers as well.
