    FRAUDSTERS! Zero customer service- they will not answer…read moreyour messages or emails. They will continue to debit/charge your account even after terminating your account- changing your credit card- involving the Visa fraud department... These are 1980's webpage sites that are marketed to brokerage houses who pass them down to they're agents. Despicable company- even after canceling they have an account with Visa that allows them to re-enroll you,(even with a new card). I have been trying to remove charges for over a year... Do not even consider doing business with this company!

    HMM, NO ZERO-STAR AVAILABLE? I have run advertising with…read moreGraphicalData for about 10 years. In April, they suddenly changed my site, without notice or calling me. The changes made my advertising ineffective, so I called and emailed them in May 2022 to cancel my subscription. They continued to bill me in June, after repeated attempts to contact them on phone and via email, tech support and to the president/CEO. Billing continued for 6 months, and I still have never received a call from them. Sept 7 the pres/ceo said "I will get this resolved. Thank you for your patience", and on Nov 14 said "I am working on this resolution. Almost done. This has been a nightmare." Yet, I was billed Sept, Oct, Nov, and again on December 1! How difficult is it to stop billing me when you provide no service? How impossible is it to send a refund of money that's inappropriately billed? I've contacted an attorney, and the Atty General to file a complaint. It's late December, and I have no refund, have never had a call from them (other than the 2 emails promising action). With no contact and in anticipation of continued billing, I cancelled a corporate bank account and have to hassle with changing all the autopays and affiliated accounts. Just call them and see if anyone answers. Without a refund, I'll post dated photos of the emails shortly. 8 months to cancel an account, and never a call to a long time customer???
