They're obviously very artistic -- I asked for a picture of Mount Rainier behind the words of my sign; they played with ice on the mountain, different colors of blue, how large, what fonts to use, etc. They're so helpful. However, when I reached out to Dan about the peeling issue, instead of taking responsibility for his work, he blamed me for the problems, claiming it was my fault for not handling the screens properly. I tried to explain, in a respectful manner, that the issues stemmed from the lack of care and quality in his work on my screens, but he flat-out refused to consider a refund or any kind of solution. As a business owner myself, I understand how crucial it is to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for your work. It's part of building trust and maintaining a good reputation. In the end, after I pushed back on his claims, he blocked me from communicating further, which was incredibly disappointing and made me feel dismissed as a customer. I'd like those refunds, thanks. You picked up your first screen almost six weeks before raising a concern, and requested two more screens in the meantime, which clearly indicated the first was satisfactory at the time. He sent me a estimate for around $75 and said my file needed alterations. I told him I'm sorry i wasted his time I just can't pay that, he rudely hung up quickly after that without saying anything. So I called Office Depot and they didn't have any problem with my file and was able to print it out in 15 mins AND only charge me $28.
