We corresponded by email for a couple days; they always responded quickly and were super patient answering all my questions. When we realized the prints might not be delivered to them in time for me to pick them up before driving up to Anacortes, they offered to redirect the shipment directly to me. Amazingly, I got my package delivered directly to my parents' house on Guemes Island in time for the memorial, at zero extra cost for shipping. Print quality was solid, pricing was reasonable, and they really went above and beyond in terms of service.

It took me forever to find this place EVEN with my Tom Tom. It makes me wonder what kind of business they're running! I eventually got there and it looked like a business being run from within a converted house. When I asked for my laminations to be done and how long it would take. The guy replied "I dunno, we're kinda busy today..." It's not a good sign when people turn down business or have such an attitude with customers, especially when they say "no job is too big or too small". Eventually he got back and said he could do it right now. The job was far from perfect and suggested my paper was too thin, but I was too tired to argue. It came to $2.00, but seriously what kind of business are these people running???? I've no qualms about going to another minuteman press, but I'm definitely not visiting this one in Issaquah again!

They have a sign near the door indicating where the line starts and there were already a few people in line. My sister and I joined the queue, but a gentleman circumvented the line to stand behind someone already at the counter. The woman at the counter served him completely ignoring the formed line (and the four customers who were standing in it). When I complained to the employee who was helping me that it was disrespectful to everyone in line's time for them to allow people to just cut the line with no consequences and the employee was completely unapologetic and rude. I asked him what the point of having a sign indicating the beginning of the line was if they're just going to allow customers to cut it and wait in other places but the employee continued to say they didn't have any control over it with absolutely no apology or acknowledgement of our frustration. The onus shouldn't be on me as the customer to enforce the queue, the employees should be respectful of everyone's time and not just allow customers to cut the line and wait anywhere, especially when there is a sign specifically designating where the line begins.
