Rather than tell you why you should never use them, I'll just give you the timeline:…read more 3/23/25 - I ask how long it would take to put obscure glass in 4 small cabinet doors, and they say it is normally the same day. 4/24/25 (Thursday) - I'm ready for the work, so I call to confirm and they say, actually, it will be ready Friday. No big deal, I drop them off and plan to send a courier to pick them up. , 4/25/25 (Friday) - Courier picks them up, brings them back to me, and as soon as I open the package I can see all sorts of problems - spots in the glass, silicone caulk leaking over the glass, etc. I tried thoroughly cleaning, to no avail. I call them, and they say, "Okay, bring it back." (No apology at all.) I say, "You should pay for the courier", and they refuse. Fine, whatever, I need this done, so I pay for it. They say it should be ready Monday. 4/28-5/2/25 (Monday-Friday) - Every day I call, and every day they say it isn't done, and that there's someone out sick, that the guys who do this work in the shop are usually out on jobs and can only do it first thing in the morning, that the dog ate their homework, that there's no manager I can talk to, etc. Finally, I gave up and sent yet another courier to pick them up. I'll have to remove the last bits of silicone myself. I asked why they committed to doing the work in a timely fashion if they can't really do it, and they said "this is timely" (!). Better prices than everyone I checked with, which included first removing my older, darker tint, before replacing it with lighter tint: $399 for four side windows and the rear window, on my Corolla (Feb 2026).
