Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. Made an appointment, thinking it was a premium place and reliable. Notified me 12 hours before appointment they would not be able to complete the job entirely and only half of it. I was left scrambling to find a place to do the whole thing last minute. If you claim you only do one car a day, then actually do that. I've been taking my car to EAS for over a year now. They did a full body PPF wrap and ceramic coat. Joey and Ben, the owners, do superb work and are a pleasure to deal with. They stand behind their work and make customer satisfaction their top priority. My car was involved in an accident earlier this year. The body shop I took it to did a bad job with some of the repairs. They were giving me the runaround, so Joey personally spoke to the director and owner of the body shop and they agreed to make things right. Unfortunately, their rework wasn't any better and I wanted nothing more to do with them at that point. Ben went above and beyond and agreed to help fix the mistakes the body shop made. He and his team replaced the unpainted trim pieces the body shop damaged and the results were impeccable. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that it would be anything less than perfection. We had our Porsche ceramic coating in California 2 years ago and since we shipped the car to Seattle, WA we didn't do any detail work on the car. The coating was done on clear bra. We were looking for professional place to do full detail on the existing ceramic coating. We ask this question on PNW Porsche group and many recommended us Eastside Auto Salon. We scheduled an appointment with Michelle and she was very flexible to adjust our appointment in between rains. We met Joey at the shop and he throughly inspected the vehicle and recommended us the right treatment on existing ceramic coating, even though they used different product for ceramic coating which lasts much longer. We were very impressed by their professionalism and great work! The results were outstanding. The interior of the car looked just like new. They sanitized the car and they cleaned the seats, carpets and entire interior and exterior. Joey is very perfectionist he looks at each scratch very carefully and recommends solutions. Michelle also recommended us few care products and we are very happy with those products. We highly recommend this shop for complete detail with our without ceramic coating in a reasonable price! I had the fortune of having Joey polish and seal my 2019 Porsche Macan under non-ideal circumstances. To make a long story short, my vehicle suffered several surface scratches along the entire roof (front to back) after a courtesy wash post annual service. What Joey did was absolute magic. He polished and sealed the entire vehicle, got rid of all the scratches and made my 2019 Macan look absolute showroom. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. Joey and Michelle are wonderful, a true mom-and-pop business. It's rare nowadays to get this level of communication, customer service, and absolutely stunning results. They explained everything in great detail, provided estimates ahead of time for all work, and came in at the estimate amount both times. I'm a repeat customer for as long as they are in business in the Bellevue/Seattle area. I first had my Porsche 996tt detailed inside and out prior to putting her away for the winter. After I purchased my daily driver Porsche Panamera, I wanted to get a little more protection from the daily elements so I opted for the Xpel front wrap with Modesta ceramic coating. This is an expensive undertaking but the results were top notch. Along with the aforementioned services, Joey also performed a paint correction. A few rock chips were repaired but the most impressive part was the removal of swirl marks and tiny scratches from the previous owner's penchant for automatic car washes. Every time I'm there, they have some pretty impressive vehicles in their shop. When I was there last, they had a few new Porsches, a Ferrari 512TR, and a Ferrari Pista, all looking amazing. If you have a nice new car and want to get it expertly paint protected and detailed this is the place to go. We got a recommendation for this spot and Ben does the paint protection while Joeys shop handles the coatings and detailing. Both of these folks are super knowledgeable and friendly. They were also extremely patient as we've never had any of this ever done on a car. This isn't a place that's a good value. I'm sure there are less expensive ways to go but after seeing the mirror shine in both cars, it's hard to imagine doing anything else. We ended up going with a frontal protection for one car and then frontal plus rocker panels on the other. We already had a chip in one car but they did a nice job of making to look very good. They do paint correction which is all about getting the swirls it of the paint. Our older car had buckets of scratches but Joey got them all out. The car looked new. The paint protection film is also incredible. You can't even tell it is there and it has already protected again various dings. It's self healing so when you spray the right solutions on the scratches magically go away. One of the great things is that after three weeks, they will bring the car back in and explain how to wash and car for the paint. For the power nerd like me, this is wonderful. Way better than a random YouTube video. The so called two bucket method doesn't take long but it sure works. If you have a nice car and want to take great car of it, this is the place! The other car was right from the factory. That's really the best time to get all of this done. read more

Just had my 2022 Cayenne Turbo Coupe wrapped there, as the shop came highly recommended by my dealership. Full xpel ultimate plus wrap, window tint, and tinted out the yellow markers to just get rid of it (Who likes these anyways?). Joey and his wife Michelle were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are hands down the best in town...I was looking to do a ceramic coating on a 13 year old black M3. I wanted to bring back the life of the slowly fading paint. I did my research and found out that newest and best coating is Modesta+ that can only be applied by one shop in town, yes Eastside Auto Salon. Modesta+ is a titanium nano cell coating that not only brings the paint back to life, but it looks like the car is wet. After two days of color correction and Modesta+ I am absolutely blown away. The car looks like the paint is wet! The entire car looks like a mirror. I can't even begin to explain how good my car looks. Joey and team are the best. I have a few toys, and been to a few of the top shops and let me tell you that this shop is hands down the best on the Eastside. Ok--so my car is over 10 years old. I know I should buy a new one but I LOVE my car (and also I am cheap) I heard about Joey at Eastside Auto Salon from a friend. I figured I had nothing to lose. When they brought it over to me I couldn't believe the shine. My car came back almost exactly like when I bought it new 10 years ago!!!! I don't what they did and I don't care. It's hard for me to put into words how good/amazing job Eastside Auto Salon does. Amazing staff quick turn around time. I have always loved black cars, the downside is they show everything. Brought in my Rover recently and needed a bit of love, swirl marks, water stains ect. When I got the car back it looked brand new in fact better than brand new like just been painted new. Some sort of unique 3 step process they do that makes this place very unique. The best part is the wax seems to last 6-9 months for me I usually bring the cars in 1-2 times a year. I can't really add much more to all the other laudatory reviews but I am definitely in agreement. EAS was my first ever car-detailing experience when I brought in my 10-year-old Civic for a facelift...it came out looking as good as new, inside and out. (You wouldn't have known my dog rides in the back.) I later got it detailed for sale and the soon-to-be buyer kept marveling, "It's SO clean!" I brought in my months-old Bolt after a sludgy winter and they had it looking BETTER than when I bought it off the lot.
