Very pleased. Max did a great job on my SUV, after it did a week-long road trip on Vancouver Island. He got it looking almost brand new, and did it at a very reasonable price. Definitely plan on using his services again. read more

Max was great. He's attentive to specific details and requests and came prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Our 11-year-old Subaru looks brand new again. Thanks Max! read more

Max did a phenomenal job with our two Subarus. He worked tirelessly for hours to ensure a high quality detail for two cars that had been ravaged by a Seattle winter and two small children. Our Imprezza which is almost 11 years looks virtually new inside. He removed stains that had been there for years. Both cars gleamed inside and out by the time he was done. Max was professional, detail oriented, and fairly priced. read more

I requested help from Max to clean up a car that had been sitting a couple years, filthy inside (dog) and outside (pollen and lichen). His technical knowledge, experience and meticulous workmanship were like magic, bringing the car back to near show room quality. His communication was excellent, he showed up when he said he would and has a friendly approach, taking time to explain what he's doing or any concerns there might be. I'd hire his services again in a heartbeat and have already had two neighbors request his contact information for their vehicles. read more

Max did an amazing job detailing my car. It needed a full refresh inside and out after several months of not getting around to my maintenance cleaning. The car looks like the day I bought it and Max really made the service worth every penny, not only on the day of the cleaning (staying in contact with updates and time estimates), but promising after-service for any follow-ups. Really looking forward to booking Max again for maintenance cleaning! read more

I requested an exterior clean on two buses that hadn't been cleaned in years and they went absolutely above and beyond on their work. They were flexible with scheduling, highly knowledgeable, and very professional. Would definitely work with them again! read more

Max did a great job coating and waxing my wife's sedan. Looks great and it's protected now for the fall. Very pleased and recommend.

Max was awesome and did a great job on my filthy car. Also good communication on services, pricing, and timing.

TLDR: Quick. Gets the job done. Trustworthy. Clear out your car first. Let me start off by saying that I usually do my own vehicle cleaning/waxing/detailing but wasn't able to this time around so I decided to have Max help me out. I knew exactly what I wanted done and listed everything and got a quote pretty quickly. I do appreciate a waxed car (especially the windows) during the rainy season because it makes all the difference when driving--sometimes I don't even need the windshield wipers! Max and Alex worked on my cars and are polite young gentlemen. Rest assured, you will get what you want done and if there is anything awry or something that may need more work, they will let you know before doing anything that wasn't quoted for. I'm sure they would be mindful of decals on your vehicle but I took a second to mention mine before they began cleaning because I didn't want them to be damaged by any pressure washing if any. Prior to your appointment, I highly recommend clearing out your car so they can clean it easily. Remove children's carseats if installed (they can remove them for you but legally you have to put them back yourself). I had two vehicles cleaned in one mobile appointment and it took about 3 hours, even with an unexpected mold discovery (yikes) in one vehicle that we barely ever drive. They were able to determine the cause of the mold--apparently there was a 1ft chunk of weather stripping missing on the rear passenger door that led to the moisture intrusion allowing mold to fester (eek!). Thankfully, they were equipped and knew how to clean it out! They have different stages of interior and exterior cleaning. I specifically wanted one vehicle to be cleaned with a clay bar (stage 2 exterior) and one vehicle to have a carpet shampoo (stage 2 interior). So, I had one vehicle have stage 1 exterior and stage 2 interior while the other vehicle had stage 2 exterior and stage 1 interior. Stage 1 is just bare basics wash, wax, vacuum, wipe down. At the end you can do an inspection and they will touch up anything you find that was missed or needs attention. One thing I do wish they would have done is to have tidied the area and rinsed the soap suds off the driveway and sidewalk after they finished. There were several large soapy puddles that could potentially be hazardous slip zone if trekked on (especially for kids running around the neighborhood), not to mention it did look a tad sloppy on the concrete. Don't get me wrong though, the vehicles were super clean! Venmo is a payment option. Overall, very satisfied with the work done and they saved me a bunch of time (and a sore upper body)! read more

I chose Max's interior & exterior special which cost me $100 and I thought he did an excellent job. Car is looking brand new inside and out. I have two kids who casually trash the inside of my vehicle, so there's a ton of dirt, crumbs and stains on the back of my seats. They were all gone! Great customer service. Punctual. Communicated well on what I should expect. Also took proper precautions like gloves and mask due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Highly recommend Max Detail and willing to continue using their services. read more

Max and his team went above and beyond. From the first phone call, they listened to my goals. They paid attention to detail and got out incredibly deep zinc white sunscreen stains off my black interior and leather seats. The exterior also is perfect! I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise. The owner and his team are gentlemen of integrity. I am so happy I found them. Highly recommend ! read more

Max's detailing was probably the most thorough interior detailing I've had done. The car has a corgi, who is a frequent (okay, constant!) shedder, and yet it looked and smelled like new after the detailing. I should note this took place during Covid and while it was raining. Even pulled into my pretty-packed-out Garage, Max did a fantastic job. I'm writing this review as I go to book my next session with him. Would absolutely recommend. Worth every penny. read more

I reached out to Max on Friday and he responded same day with his quote and availability. He traveled to my home on Sunday and did an amazing job on my car. I only asked for Stage 1 (interior cleaning) and I'm very pleased with the results! He's professional & friendly. The process to book with him was super easy and I would definitely recommend him to family or friends or rebook. Thanks Max! read more

Came back from a road trip to Utah after 11 days on the road with tons of bugs and dust and was able to squeeze me in on a Sunday afternoon. Great work Max!! Everything was clean in/out. Attention to detail and great service. Thanks for the free engine bay clean up and waxed the Thule box. Will definitely use their services and recommend to my friends in the future. read more

Our car had a spill on the way home from the grocery store so our car smelled like fish for days. Max drove all the way out to our place the morning after I requested a quote and spent extra time shampooing our carpet to make sure the smell was gone. Great value for quality service. Would recommend. read more

Excellent work. Car looks new. We are WFH and having this service made it super easy for us to get it done while at home. The guys were very professional, on time and did contact less payment. Reasonable charges. Will hire them again in a few months. read more

5 days without a call or text/ I am not that important I guess. Sad. Customer service seals the deal. Ya know, my pay day for yours works out just right. You did not even give me the decency of a text! I bet if I look back at this thread it's from Home advisor. Poor poor choice of companies to support. This issue sheds light on just who they send out. Can't return a call, you will not come near my 450sl for sure. I haven't given up on good people but I will never Hire Home Advisor people ever. As a matter of fact no one calls me back. A lesson in futility. Problem solved. Bob read more

Max was very professional and did a great job! Max came to us and performed the detailing in our driveway. All he needed was power and a hose. Car is looking great inside and out after some pretty heavy abuse in the mountains. We will use Max in the future. read more

I was satisfied with the job they did. They came to my house (for $20 as it was far from their location) and did the cleaning of the car from inside. I would call them again whenever needed or if I have time I can go to their location and get it done. I did the basic Interior refresh package which included full vacuuming and wiping of the windows and doors. They cleaned trunk as well because last time the basic cleaning did not include trunk and was not mentioned before. read more

I chose Max's Detail because I was very impressed that the owner is a young entrepreneur and I was so impressed with his ambition, at such a young age, to be his own boss. Had a Stage 2 Interior detail performed on my 4Runner after an extended overlanding trip. My interior was chock full of dust, grime, and other sorts of dirt that you'd expect after a long trip on the road. Gotta say, I can't remember the last time my truck was this clean on the inside. Price was reasonable and the final result was top notch. Couldn't be happier! Once we get some sunshine on the forecast I'll be back for a Stage 2 Exterior detail! read more

Max was very responsive when I requested a quote and offered several options. I was having my 2008 GS350 detailed to prepare to sell. He did a full exterior clean and polish and interior deep cleaning. He was also able to make my very oxidized headlight covers look as good as new. I sold my car within 24 hours of posting after Max and Brandon finished. The new owner stated several times how extremely clean the car was even though it is 12 years old. Thanks Max. I'll definitely be calling you the next time I need a car detailed. read more

I contacted several detail shops via Yelp in order to determine which would be the best to use when preparing my personal vehicle for private party sale. I chose Max to detail the vehicle originally on price. It took about an hour for him and his other employee to bring my never washed, never vacuumed construction work truck up to a condition in which it could be sold with pride. His price was very reasonable and included wash + wax, full vacuum, detailing of the dash, doors, door jams and in the hard to reach areas like under the seats. Also included the cleaning of my all weather mats. Max primarily does paint correction, preservation, and the like. After purchasing a new vehicle, this is where I'll be taking it on a regular basis. read more
