Worst communication I've received in a long time. So shocking, as his reviews are great. My job takes me out of town more than I'm at home, so finding an available day and committing to it is very important to me. We'd set an appointment time weeks prior to our date, but it was like pulling teeth to get him to confirm in the days leading up to my appointment. He finally did confirm the day before, but his response just seemed cold, awkward and odd. Sure enough, my appointment was at 9am the following day. At 9:20, I called to see if he was on his way. He told me he'd just gotten in a car accident on his way to my house and was still at the scene, waiting for the police - yet the background on his end was dead silent, as if he were at home and had just woken up. My son is a police officer in the area, and there were zero reports of an accident in the area he told me he was in, at the time he told me the accident happened. I absolutely HATE being lied to. If he'd told me "Omg - I'm so sorry, I overslept", I'd have accepted it, but to be lied to is something I can't get over. I went on to use someone else who was amazing. So I got my car detailed on Tuesday (we've been driving the car ever since then with two kids ) and can I just say how INCREDIBLE he was with deatiling of our van?! He spent over 5 HOURS cleaning our van, I could not believe it, I expected him to charge us more because of how bad it was and how long it took but he didn't, he had a set price for the size of our van and that's all he charged us, honest and dependable. Like I said I have two kids and our car was destroyed! Like seriously I was embarrassed. It was also at the shop for 3 months before he got his hands on it so everything had sat and lingered for that time too , I wish I had taken before pictures because this man was a miracle worker! I cannot say enough good things about his work, and the car smells AMAZING now. Rodolfo was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and had availability within the following week. I hired him for an interior detail: primarily for the vacuum and upholstery shampooing. Although I had a car seat cover across my backseat, my dog had a potty accident and some of it seeped through to the seat itself. Between that, and the dog hair covering the interior of my car, it was really in need of some TLC (should have taken before pics!) Communication was great, Rodolfo arrived right on time with everything he needed, and the project was completed within 2-2.5 hours. All he required was power and water. The cars weren't that dirty to begin with but I would say that I'm a clean freak and one of them had some dog hair that he was able to completely remove. The cars smelled really good, too.
