They performed a wash, decontam and polish prior to applying the 5 year Duraslic HG coating. They buffed out a few scratches that accumulated since the vehicle purchase as well. The coating looks fantastic, really pops the paint and I can't wait to check out the hydrophobic and oleophobic effects in the rain and first wash! No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well. Furthermore, Scott let me know how to maintain the coating, how Carfax records the service, warranty information, and through in a few goodies. Tremendous value overall and I'm going to say best in Western Washington! Overall the car looks amazing and I'm very happy with the service and outcome of my purchase!

I used to go to the dealer, however, with 180,000 miles on my 11 year vehicle it is just too expensive to continue to pay dealer prices. My car needed a headlight replacement and I had a few other maintenance items taken care of. I wanted an experienced mechanic that would shoot straight with me and I will be coming back for future service work. I would love my Jeep to last another 10+ years. It has been my favorite car of all my vehicles. It is so hard to find a good independent mechanic and I am grateful for Thai and his team.

The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

I had a very disappointing experience with Custom Auto. I brought my front bumper to be painted,…read moreand the job was so poorly done that multiple wrap shops refused to touch it. Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.

His service is shockingly affordable when you account for how much time he spends on your vehicle to make it gleam, inside and out. He also is considerate. For those that are in the know about installing a car seat these days, they should come with an instruction manual and a live, human instructor. I did not expect him to reinstall it, but he did without my asking him to and without complaint. I was impressed. For those that have a busy schedule and like a clean, sparkling, vehicle at all times, I highly recommend you hire RBO Mobile Auto Detailing. The convenience and value you get is second to none.

I originally went searching for an affordable car detailed in my local FB community group and more than one person recommended this business. I had already received back different quotes from other businesses and MZ Auto Detail came back with the best rate. While that doesn't always mean best, after knowing that a couple people recommended - I decided this was who I was going to go with. I needed my car detailed because I had an incident where my son's friend threw up on my car. I did my best to clean it but the smell still lingered so I know I didn't get it as well as someone else could. And honestly, my car needed to be detailed anyways. It was LONG over due. Mauro communicated that vomit would take a little longer to clean and would have to use an ozone machine to help and it may take up to two days to get the car cleaned. When I picked up my car, it had the brand new car smell and the inside of my car was epically cleaned. The leather seats looked amazing and I hadn't seen them look that nice since I first purchased my car. He did an amazing job with cleaning my car and it was so clean that nobody is allowed to ever step foot in my car again lol. Amazing work on my interior detail and I was more than happy with the quality and value of the work.

I had loaned it to a friend, who used the sunroof, and unfortunately, a clogged drain caused water to leak into the vehicle. Over the years, mold, mildew, and a terrible odor built up inside. I took the SUV to a repair shop and was given an estimate of over $10,000 to fix it. I was ready to throw my hands up and buy a new car when a friend recommended Jim's Auto Detail. I decided to give them a try, and I'm SO glad I did! I took the time to fix the clogged drain myself, which turned out to be a relatively inexpensive fix, and then Jim's worked their magic. In less than 48 hours, my SUV looked brand new! There was no mold, no mildew, and absolutely no lingering odor. It was sparkling clean--honestly, no one would ever know that this vehicle had been sitting in that condition for five years. The employees were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful, and their prices were EXCELLENT. Thanks to Jim's, I didn't need to buy a new car, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be a customer for life and highly recommend Jim's Auto Detail to anyone who wants quality work, fair pricing, and people you can trust!

Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience.
