I don't review often on Yelp but Karl was very friendly, professional, and right on time. My 2006 Toyota Highlander sat out in a driveway through three years of COVID and had mildew, dog fur and rat droppings in the carpet and now it looks and smells brand new. This is my first review on yelp and I had to come on here to give Karl and his company 5 stars. I needed my CR-V to be detailed after my puppies got sick in the back and had a few accidents. I used his website to book online. Very easy to set up and he was here on time. It took him 4 hours. He was meticulous and thorough and my car had never been so clean! Better than when we first got it! I was so impressed with the job he had done, I wanted to book him again for my mom's SUV. The car had gotten neglected a bit because she was homebound for awhile and it had some mold. I tried to clean it up as much as possible, but I knew it needed a good deep clean. Karl came over and explained to me that since the mold was deep into the carpets he would have to let the solution he used to soak overnight. He came back the next morning and got to work. He spent all day on that car and I can never be thankful enough. It looked brand new. He's such a great guy! I've told all my friends and family to use him for any detailing or wash. I contacted them about servicing my dads car for his birthday. I live in California and my dad lives in Seattle. They were very quick to respond and answer all my questions and very helpful with allowing me to pay for the services since it was a gift. My dad was very pleased with the results and said his car looked brand new. The weird smell was gone from it. Carl did a great job and was very thorough.
