If there were any better choices I would lower it to 3 stars and here is why: 1) It's too dry. Dry foam, dry brushes. Dirt/sand/dust is rubbed off rather than rinsed off, which isn't good for the paint. More water flow would be a nice touch. 2) Sometimes you don't get what you pay for. If you paid for "Best" with an upgrade and the sign at the exit shows you "Clean," here's what you do: ALAWAYS PRINT THE RECEIPT at the pay station. Drive around the building right into the wash again, at the station select "Pay at the Wash," show your receipt and request the correct wash. Get what you paid for. (I was told you can go through as many times as you like on the same day). As this happened to me more than once even on non-busy days, I'm a little suspicious as to why... I'm sure most people don't print the receipt, wouldn't notice or bother. Spaced out kids running the show or easy cost cutting?

The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars was my side mirrors dripped water as most do when washed. I pointed it out to the tech drying my car and he said, "Yes- they always do that" which was fine as he is correct. However, at Porsche Bellevue, this does not happen when they wash my vehicle. I'm not sure if they use an air blower or compressor to prevent this but it's a very nice addition. By the time I left Eco Car Cafe and got home, I had water spots on both front doors that I had to wipe clean again. Not a huge deal since this is what I have to do after leaving every car wash except Porsche Bellevue, but hence the 4 stars. Hope this is helpful!

Being a drive-through type, it is not as thorough as one would hope. But for $8, it is a bargain! We will gladly have a carwash when we are in the area. The hours are slightly different than both the store and the gas station. Do double check before going. The cost can be pre-paid when getting gas or pay via the mini dedicated payment machine before entering the car wash. At least one person stays at the entry point to remind folks to put the car into neutral. All in all, it was easy, inexpensive, and did a perfectly good job on a dirty car. Thanks, Costco!

I brought in my well-kept sedan for an exterior detail quote and received a reasonable price for what will be outstanding work. Also simultaneously my friend dropped off her 34-year-old sports car convertible Collectible for a presale beautification inside and out. I love that they are open 24 hours and it is all automated, with credit cards accepted at the kiosk. I always go early in the morning and there is never any wait. I like not having to deal with employees or any upsell. It's easy for me to drive in and out without assistance. It is completed relatively fast and has drying at the end. I hadn't been in a minute and went again recently and found that the prices were much higher. I think this will keep me from returning in the future. I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but I really think a car wash should be more affordable. If my car came out perfectly clean I guess I would be okay with it, but even the cheapest option is not very reasonable. Because this is automated my car only comes out slightly cleaner than when it went in, I get that a car wash machine can only do so much, but for the price now I would really want it cleaner or I will just have to wash it again really soon. I think I will explore other options, but this is still a good option in a pinch.
