They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

My car looks fantastic. I am very impressed what they were able to get done in a detail shop! Every time I walk up and see my car, I smile. The only critical feedback I have is to give a longer range of time it may take to complete the work. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. I also recognize I shouldn't drop my car off if I'm on a time crunch and everything is an estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

I scheduled a Mini Detail for my car which has no spills in it or major messes. When I arrived for…read morethe appointment the manager said let me take a look at your car to see if a mini detail is possible. He went out for 5m and came back in to say it wasn't possible as a mini detail was for vehicles that were cleaned often, about twice a month on average. Really? This car is not very dirty, the reasons he gave were that he saw crumbs in the door jamb. I could vacuum the car in 15m and fix that problem. Then said he would only clean the vehicle for the most expensive package which was nearly twice the price. The car is not very dirty, I just wanted to get it cleaned a bit to post it for sale. When I pushed back on this he said hey if you don't want to do this you could choose to take you car somewhere else. No hesitation, cool, I'm out. What a waste of time. Won't be going back there. I have had my cars detailed at several different places and I have never had a problem like this.
