The cost can be pre-paid when getting gas or pay via the mini dedicated payment machine before entering the car wash. I was greeted by a friendly attendant who helped me pay at the screen and answered my questions. He gave me 2 free car air fresheners when I asked as I think brown bear's car air fresheners are superior lol the scent is 10/10 imo. The young man holding the neutral sign was also friendly with a smile on his face and acknowledged each person in their vehicle. Super friendly and professional team!!! Most brown bear locations, especially the factoria location the team is usually teens or young men in their 20s no where to be found or on their phones and/or usually always rude or simply seem like they don't want to be there. So stopping by this location was a pleasant surprise. I will return to this location and will recommend it! Thank you for the great, kind, and professional service!!
