The car was not terribly dirty to begin with. The car was cleaned fairly nicely, half the windshield right down the middle to drivers side was missed. The extra I added to my detailing service to have the carpet and upholstery cleaned was not something I would pay again with this company. The results just didn't match what I was pitched. read more

First time using these folks. On the plus side, they arrived early and finished the job in the estimated time. Francisco was professional and helpful answering all my questions and was careful to have me review his work when finished for my approval. I had him work on my wife's 2013 Toyota Camry. It's a fine car, nothing special, in good condition for its age. My wife is impressed by how clean the interior is now, after the work was completed. Here are the issues for me: - When I booked it on the phone, I asked about having the headlights refinished, because the polycarbonate is hazed over. The nice lady told me that was included, which was a key factor in my choosing to schedule the work. When I discussed that with Francisco, he told me it's not included, they would charge $60 dollars, but he didn't have the sandpaper and compound in the van to do it. So headlights are still hazed. Landon, the owner, later told me that they just don't do this service at all but they were trying to accommodate my request. I think this is a common service for auto detailers that they should consider adding. - The job included clay bar cleaning the paint. When I did my final walkthrough, I asked him if he'd done a clay bar treatment and he said yes. I pointed out to him 3 significant blobs of pine sap on the car. How do you clay bar the surface of a car and not see the pine sap blobs the size of jellybeans? He cleaned those up with some tar removal spray which took like minute. Also some bird dropping stains remain which clay bar usually removes. - I noticed at the end the tires weren't dressed. I pointed this out to Francisco. He said he didn't do it because he was out of tire dressing. I went to the garage and handed him a can of tire dressing to apply, which he did. So, at the end of the day, I paid with tax around $380 dollars for an outcome that I could have largely done myself with Brown Bear automatic car wash (they use a "ceramic" spray wax, it's not a hand polish and wax job) and a bit of time vacuuming and wiping down my interior, and using my carpet cleaner on the mats and upholstery. For me, this wasn't a great value because I was looking for more than I could do myself. You should use them if mainly you want convenience, just don't want to do your own wash and cleaning, or are willing to pay to get your time freed up but aren't looking for a top-notch, elevated detailing job. ETA: Andrew, one of the partners, called me to discuss this review. He owns another established plumbing business and is helping his brother get this one off the ground. We had a great conversation, he's an excellent and sympathetic business person with great people skills. Based on that interaction, plus one more star for owners who are trying to build their business from the ground up. read more

I bought an interior package for my father's truck for Christmas. And in my initial phone call I made sure to ask about shampooing of the upholstery and carpets, to which I added the services on for. On the day of, he runs late because a car he was servicing took longer than expected. Sure, okay that I am willing to completely overlook. However on the day of the newly rescheduled appointment to which he was late too again. My Father calls me saying that Landon says he needs a water source to do any of the service I purchased with him personally on the phone- and I said it was on the website ( I scrubbed his website and even the confirmation emails he sent me and there is not one mention of the water sources being needed. This being the most important part of the services I wouldn't have booked knowing this). So he basically cleaned the car for 150$. My Father is unhappy with the service and unfortunately as much as I wanted to like this service I simply cannot. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied. Would not recommend or book with him again. I've screenshotted this in case it gets deleted. UPDATE: Exactly why I didn't awnser your phone call. You're a liar. You said nothing about a water source and unless it's written I will not be communicating with you. You told my Father you needed a water source and said it's on your website. With a toddler you never know what surprises you can find inside your car! My child had spilled his milk in the back seat I didn't realize until it started smelling like spoiled milk. A friend had mentioned lando mobile detailing, gave him a phone call and within minutes we had an appointment set up luckily he was free the next day! Lando did a beautiful job on my wife's older Dodge van, got it looking like new. Arrived on time, was pleasant and we would use him again.

It's hard to recommend them for more intense interior detail cleans. They spent at least 6 hours with my car, and it took two attempts because their tech failed to use his headlamp, also didn't think to open the sun room to let the garage lights into the car. They did come back a second time to clean the missed areas, but still didn't clean the open glove compartment or move seats to clean around them - the areas in photos are what I'd shown him he missed, only one of which were clean. I opened the sunroof to add light as he requested, I move my car to a better lit spot but he requested I move it back to the same spot as the first time. Owner reply to this review citing poorly lit area is a moot point, as Tyler asked me to park there I absolutely don't take responsibility for lighting. Primarily hired to remove pet hair and dust and make it sanitary, but as you can see there are area that were not cleaned during either attempt and I would imagine it's pretty basic to anticipate the air vents would need dusting. It is my belief that if I they are the professionals, they aught know which spots are going to need looking at, and moving the seats is a necessary task. If I wanted to do a detailed inspection of every crevice, I would have cleaned it myself. --- I have an even poorer opinion of this company as I was in a meeting they called me 8 times in a row, messaging me here, and a text to my cell. On principle alone I blocked them. Additionally when Tyler came back the second time, he admitted he had forgotten to use his flashlight or headlamp and hadn't thought to open the sunroof. He was an hour late to the second appointment and I couldn't be available to inspect afterwards, but all pictured areas were pointed out at his second visit so there really should not have been all this dirt when he finished. Refusing to stop calling me in order to pressure me to remove the review for reduced rate, or pay full price, truly makes me wonder if that's how they have achieved a five star Yelp rating I will not be changing my review. I cannot recommend them to anyone whose car is actually dirty. Updated: the response below mentions that I did not pay for this job, since there was no way to resolve the issues pictured directly with the business - since they were harassing me B I had no choice but to block them and disputed the charge, the service paid for was not received. If I wanted responsibility for inspecting every crevice in my car, I would have just detailed it myself. I will not pay a business to harass me, I will not pay a business to be dishonest, and I will not pay a business for a service that they failed to provide twice. Additionally, my credit card was provided with the below images and concurred that interior detailing was not received. The reply to my review also makes it clear Tyler is not able to give his boss a truthful recount of what I did or did not do, or why - or the fact that both times he was no less than an hour late (which Tyler said meant he had to long in to his next client more rapidly) - the only reason he could not wait for me to do a more thorough inspection is that he wouldn't. He agreed to return my keys to me without having me inspect the car the second time; if that is not in accordance with their policies - Tyler should not have done that. Overall, it seems their issue with me is that I didn't accept less than what I paid for, and reviewed them according to my experience and would not back down. Had they been a little easier to deal with, I would not have had to resort to disputing the charge on my credit card - something I never do. See images and decide for yourself, in my and my cc opinion - this is not what interior detailing job that one pays $375 for. Since I would not change my review, they would not reduce the price. That's the only reason they didn't get paid, unreasonable expectations. read more

Highly highly recommend using Lando Mobile Detailing! I found them through yelp and they were the first company to respond to my request within minutes. They followed up with a phone call and were extremely clear on the details, pricing, and available dates/times. Tyler and Landon showed up at my house and were professional and kind. The car was covered in pollen and dog hair... I wasn't sure if I would need to accept the cars damage. It took them a couple of hours and WOW... the car looks shiny, clean, and smells like a brand new vehicle. The price was extremely reasonable and they should honestly be charging wayyy more - especially for mobile detailing. After seeing my review on here, Landon (the owner) reached out to me to try to make things right. He offered me half off a full detail if I would give his business another chance. I decided to take him up on his offer. I booked with him for June 27th at 10am. On June 27th at 10:10am, I received a text message from Landon saying that he double booked my appointment and he wouldn't be able to get to me until 2pm at the earliest. He also mentioned that his extractor broke a few days prior, so he wouldn't be able to shampoo my carpets. He offered to reschedule my appointment, but I had enough and decided to cancel my appointment. I understand that things happen and equipment breaks, but I have given his business multiple chances and had to prep my car for cleaning twice, had to clear my personal schedule for this 3 hour service on two different occasions, and adjusted my work schedule to accommodate a service that I never got.
