I was able to schedule an appointment the next day & I dropped my car off at his house in Edmonds. Jack was able to get the job done in about 4 hours, in which compared to other places, would be in the shop for a couple days. You would think w/ all of these factors, it must fall short somewhere. However, the price, the quality, & the time it took to get the work done left me satisfied. At first, you could tell where the work was done under direct sunlight if you looked hard enough. But after some time, this issue went away. I was very happy & pleased that my car was looking brand new again w/o any delay. If I ever need any body work done again I am definitely going to Jack.. Be aware that the person you're dealing with is extremely rude and has poor communication skills. He tends to raise his voice and yell. I had him repair my rear bumper, but since it was raining, I couldn't check all the work immediately. The next day, I noticed some paint had bled into the plastic molding of the bumper and there were paint splashes on the front panel, even though he was working on the rear bumper. I messaged him, and he agreed to come the next day, which he did on time. This was responsible. He claimed the issue would go away with a car wash. I told him I had already washed the car, but the problem persisted. He worked on it a bit and improved it slightly, but once it dried, the issue was still there. He had to spend more time to get it to a decent state. Regarding the paint splashes, he denied causing them, even though they matched the paint color he used. There was no other way those paint drops could have appeared on the panel, as they weren't there the day before, and I had no access to that paint. I had no option but to pay him extra to fix those. His quality is okay, but he is not thorough, and you need to check his work. Price-wise, he is comparable to other shops, and the only reason I chose him was his availability the next day. Next time, I will not contact him for similar work. I would rather deal with a professional shop, given the minimal price difference and his significant attitude problem. He acted as if he was doing me a favor, even though I was paying him a lot of money to fix the car. He yelled so loudly at one point I was worried neighbors might think we were having a fight.
