I called Gustavo to have a dent removed and color matched. While he did a great job removing the dents and the best he could to get the color matched correctly to my vehicle there are some areas of improvement. First, he was 75 minutes late without communicating he was running late, I had to reach out 30 minutes after the scheduled time to see if he was still arriving. 2) Could not provide a receipt for services after delivery, said it had to be done through Quickbooks and he would email me- never happened. 3) Didn't blend the paint out so now that panel is a different color from the rest of the car. When I pointed it out he said to blend is an additional $250 per panel, which was never communicated prior 4) I gave him extra money, then he called me back and said he'd do the blending for free and would come out in a few days. Fast forward several months later and he refuses to answer phone calls and texts- even called from a different line. Perspective customers: ask very thorough questions , get it in writing, micromanage, and request a receipt on the spot-even if it's handwritten. read more

Fantastic. Gustavo is a pro. I backed into gate arm at a car wash. Yeah, not my best driving. Word of caution. Don't rely on technology too much. My car's my backup camera didn't detect it. The dent the accident left a dent 2 inches deep and exposed metal in the curved trunk panel of my 2023 mini countryman. Gustavo gave me my 2nd quote which was in the high 3 digits which at first, I thought was high. It was a small dent after all. I quickly learned after I spoke with many companies Gustavo's quote was cheaper than all physical shops. Some passed on the bid too. They cited they would not take my job since bare metal is showing (due to my car's paint clear coat seal being broken). They also said they needed my car for at least 5 days. All factory lettering and decals would be removed off my trunk. The stated reason is they would need to refinish the entire trunk panel. Primter, paints and sealants take time to cure or set. They would need to order new lettering and decals. One shop when I mentioned using a mobile repair/repant service tried to warn me not to do so. After all, how could I expect what was impossible for the whole week's process to take place in few hours? I almost did not go with Gustavo. He came out was worksmanlike and polite and all told the work took 4 hours. His expertise saved me at least 2k. I would of needed to rent a car for a a week, arranged for time off work, new decals had I gone with a different shop. He also is a really nice guy. I felt comfortable with him at my house.
