The only critical feedback I have is to give a longer range of time it may take to complete the work. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. I chose this business because of the high volume of 5-star reviews, but my experience was anything but premium. I booked a "Deep Clean" for a quoted price of $450, specifically for drying out and mold removal on the front seats. When it came time to pay, the receipt was changed to $550 with zero line items explaining the increase. The owner claimed the upcharge was for "sight unseen" issues and "having to clean things"--which is exactly what I hired them for. After I pushed back, he "cut me a deal" at $500 plus tax, still $50 over the agreed price. The quality of the work was a disaster. Despite being hired to dry and clean the interior, they left the fabric surfaces (seats, flooring, headliner) and floor mats greasy and significantly damp. It was so damp that the next day my dealership quoted me thousands of dollars to remove the flooring to dry "a flooded floor pad" properly and prevent mold. I've also had to wipe the windshield down multiple times because soap residue keeps fogging it up, and I had to personally clean off obvious discolored "drying spots" left on the door plastics. Do not let the high ratings fool you. Between the bait-and-switch pricing and the reckless, subpar work, I cannot recommend this place. Save your money and your car by going elsewhere. read more
