I reached out to Polywerk through Yelp after reading some great reviews. Within a few minutes, Joon replied and was able to provide a quote (before taxes). The prices were very reasonable so we scheduled time for the installation. I arrived on a weekend and the shop was lobby/waiting room was warm (it was winter outside) and very clean. The facility also provides a clean restroom. Joon came in from the shop to greet me: he was very friendly, answered all my questions about the tint job, gave some recommendations on the film and darkness of the tint, and after care. He estimated 4.5 hours for the install so I took a Lyft home. He finished the job within 4 hours and gave me a courtesy text 30 minutes before it was ready for pickup, which was enough time for me to catch a Lyft back. The tint installation is perfect. I waited to post this review until the tint was cured enough to roll the windows down 7 days later. When I rolled the windows down, I saw that the tint was perfectly cut to the edge of the window so you cannot even see where the film ends. Perfect install. The attention to detail was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with their work. We were so impressed with their quality that we went back to have them fix the front window tint that had been poorly done by another shop. Recently got both my cars' windows tinted, one here, and the other from a different shop, both ceramic and pricing was similar.
