The place is in a garage. So they have limited space, artificial lighting. The people are friendly and nice. They also have integrity. However the work done required lot of correction. They did it; but I spent time inspecting it and asking them to do it. It missed attention to the details. They have multiple packages; some are basic and others do pressure wash etc. The cost is reasonable; but attention to the detail was missing. I do not see appeal to get a higher end package. read more

The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars was my side mirrors dripped water as most do when washed. I pointed it out to the tech drying my car and he said, "Yes- they always do that" which was fine as he is correct. However, at Porsche Bellevue, this does not happen when they wash my vehicle. I'm not sure if they use an air blower or compressor to prevent this but it's a very nice addition. By the time I left Eco Car Cafe and got home, I had water spots on both front doors that I had to wipe clean again. Not a huge deal since this is what I have to do after leaving every car wash except Porsche Bellevue, but hence the 4 stars. Hope this is helpful! read more

This is a long overdo post but I want to give a shout out and thank you to Eco Car for accommodating my two car details: Nissan leaf (interior clean) and Honda CRV (interior clean). I had stains on the car seats of both cars and they were able to get most of it off. I don't have before and after pics to show the difference but when I was my cars I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Initially I was only planning to get my CRV cleaned but because of their good work I decided to come back with my leaf and they even fit me in. They also let me customize the package I wanted. When parking in the parking structure, we noticed that this detail business was there so I thought we would just ask about pricing which was extremely reasonable. And looking at the reviews online it seemed like they did a great job for the price so we asked if we could set up an appointment. We were surprised at how quickly we were able to get in We did one of their details, although I cannot remember which one. I think it was a mid-level one. Not top of the line but not too basic. My husband was super happy with the quality of the work although he was frustrated that somebody seemed to scratch the underside of the smooth, leather steering wheel which he feels every single time he drives, especially because he is super sensory focused I honestly cannot remember if he decided to talk to them about it or not. When I can tell you is that if he did talk to them about it and they didn't handle it well, I would know for sure because he always vents to me about things like that. So he either talk to them and they handled it or he just decided to let it go But overall the staff was very friendly and I'm pretty sure we would get our cars detailed there again read more

Rodrigo cleaned one of our cars which was very dirty. He spent a lot of hours and put in a lot of effort to get the tree sap, dry leaves, etc removed and got the car shining. It can be a little pricey but for a car that dirty, I can understand this was very much required. read more

I've been a loyal Eco Car Cafe customer since 2021. I brought my car in for a fresh wash this morning, only to be greeted by a nonsensical 40% price increase for the same wash service I've received for years and that doesn't include the 18% tip. WOW! On top of that, the attendant didn't acknowledge my customer history and simply wished me well. Double WOW! If you're looking for overpriced washes and service that flat out doesn't care about its customers, then proceed. But if you value your money and decent customer service, go somewhere else. There are plenty of other car washes in the area that actually appreciate your business. read more

You need to explicitly say on your website details that your Eco Wash does not include interior cleaning/vacuuming. For a $50 price tag, I expected even a little bit of interior cleaning or at least a vacuum. I wasted my time and money. You can't even throw in a quick vacuum for a $50 value. To top this off, I made an appointment but still had to wait 1 hour as they had to service other cars, making the appointment time almost useless. As for the exterior cleaning, it is mediocre at best as there were some kind of marks left on my windshield. And I don't know what kind of pressure wash you did but water got into my rear tail light. As you recommended to me, I will be taking my business somewhere else. See below for what they recommend to their customers. P.S. Came in to get my Tesla Model Y cleaned up, The console was still dirty on the edges and inside (as well as the cupholder), there was still smudges on the door panels both front and back of the vehicle (inside) and my seats had dirt smudges in the rear driver side (white seats). Overall disappointed for the whopping $140 cost. I expect better for $140, I could've cleaned it myself for free and done the same kind of quality. The outside wash was good I can't complain, but the inside was rushed. They also unfortunately broke the sensor on the rear passenger door somehow, once I took it home the alarm kept going off, took it to Tesla for a repair and they had to replace the exterior door handle and added a new window switch. Other than a couple of pre-existing dings and scratches the car looks like the day we drove it from the dealership when we bought it. Staff were courteous and professional and encouraged questions. They got our truck looking like new and offer commercial/fleet discounts. We will definitely be using them for the rest of our vehicles. The person who bought me this car passed away a year ago. They were my "car guy" uncle I loved dearly. I have struggled to use this car, let alone maintain and clean it. After moving, we finally unpacked to find mold along the floorboards. Ashamed, I took the car in for repairs elsewhere. They couldn't do anything about the mold, so it got worse in their lot. Eco Car Cafe reached out to a quote for mobile mold automotive detailing. I was so happy to have an appointment the next day. Competitors were a few days out. I'm so glad they reached out! These guys went above and beyond. I went in hoping for mold to be gone. I came out with a gorgeous interior AND exterior. The mold, the stains, the toddler meltdowns, makeup, and everything a family car runs into- not anymore! And... they fixed my heater/AC. Which was WHY I had gone to a car shop in the first place. I couldn't believe it! I ugly cried the whole way home. We are a very, very low income family and it was affordable. They treated me like family. One of the few places in Bellevue that does a great job for a great rate! Their service is 5/5 and every time I leave, I am very satisfied with the job they did. If I could give it a 4.5/5 over a 5/5, I would mainly because the few times I went there - I waited longer than expected for my car to be complete. I understand that things can get backed up sometimes, but last time I had to wait an hour for what was supposed to be a 30 min service even though I made an appointment. That is my only complaint! Steve and Bryce went above and beyond what I asked for out of pride and generosity. Very unexpected these days. Steam to sanitize without harsh chemicals. Especially important when about to put in baby car seat for first child. They made time for me within a day when needed done ASAP, and cam right to me, as mobile service. Very reasonable price to add on exterior wash too. Patient though I should have gotten car out and stuff out of car before they got there. The two who came couldnt have been more polite and helpful in answering questions and reassuring me. The manager Joel was more concerned about answering questions before and following up to ensure satisfaction than selling, scheduling or payment. The car looks better than has in a decade. Best auto detailing in town. Period. It's not the best prestige service but it worths every penny. I have tried many detailing workshop and so far this is the best one. I just got back from a road trip to Cali, with my cat. So you can imagine how messy it was. Especially the ventilated seats, a nightmare for cleaning. I had ok experiences with other shops so I decided to try elite service here. It was a hard job, which took 6 hours to complete. Whats more? I left hundreds of dollars + coins + cards + checks in the car. When I was back picking up the car, all stuff were properly contained in a bag. I found all of them inside. Really trustworthy. I've had tow appointments with this business. The first was a mobile service. They called to confirm the day before and had a ton of questions about my street for them to work. I totally understand safety, but in the end basically because I don't have a driveway they could not to the service. So we cancelled and I booked an appointment for the Bellevue location . I pulled up and before the technician even looked at my car he started to tell me I needed all these extra services because my car was so dirty. He wanted extra to get the gunk from the leaves off the back window (pollen) saying it took special stuff to do that (?? Ummm, nope) and then wanted extra for cleaning the trunk carpet. I declined and said I just wanted the standard detail. I was gone about 15 minutes when someone else called me and told me how they needed more time and it would be $150 more since my car was so dirty. He was pretty rude and basically told me that I was a crappy owner since my car was so dirty and they have standards to live up to and I wasn't giving them enough money to do the job. I went and picked up my car. (Discovered later that they had changed multiple settings on my Tesla!) Went to Derek's in Seattle. $300 and the car looks like new. We had the unfortunate timing of a truck running over a can of spray foam in the middle of the road and exploded on the side of our car. The staff at Eco Car were all amazing, super friendly, and did an excellent job removing as much as they could in the time they had to get it off. I had already tried multiple ways to remove what was basically glue that was dried onto the car. My husband was super happy with the results and thought it would be a lost cause, so you all did a great job of figuring out how to get the side of our car looking like new again! read more

I took my S5 there to get a good detail and polish. The guys are super cool and nice. It looked amazing in the garage. The second I took it out in the sun, nothing but swirl marks all over the car. It was embarrassing. The shop was closing when I picked it up so I had to wait until the next day. I drove in to talk to the guy I spoke to the night before and tell him about my car. He was very apologetic and said he would talk to the manager and see what he could do. That was two weeks ago and we haven't heard anything. I had to spend More money somewhere else to get the swirls taken out. I couldn't believe the supervisor manager has yet to call me. I spent over $400 to get my car shiny but instead I got a whole bunch of swirls. The only reason you're getting two stars is because the Guys at the shop are really cool and nice. Update. Just got a message from the owner in which you can all see. Nothing professional or elite about the service at all. Nor is he telling the truth. Yes the car needed a good wax. We took it to another well known very expensive detail shop and they did what was needed WITHOUT doing an entire paint restoration on the vehicle and the vehicle looks awesome. I did change my review as the owner asked however I changed it to one star cause you lack professionalism. I will make sure no one goes to your shop. A fellow Yelper raved about Eco Car Café. They said it's a little expensive, but there's no better place that will get the job done, and boy, were they right! Their website is very modern and professional, so it was easy to navigate and learn about their services. When I called, it was difficult to understand the person on the other line. I guess it makes sense because they are located on the third floor under the Hyatt. I had to keep repeating myself and spelling things out for them because I think it was muffled on both ends, but we were able to work through it. Right after the call, I promptly received an email with confirmation of my appointment. About an hour later, I received another email stating that my appointment had been moved to midnight? It must have been a glitch because when I called them about it, the time looked fine on their end. Finding Eco Car Café is not easy, especially if you are unfamiliar with the Bellevue area. I entered the Hyatt parking garage off of 10th St. When you get to the bottom, you'll have to get a ticket from the garage to enter (don't worry, they will validate). You can't turn right when you enter, so you'll go straight to the last row, turn right, take it to the back row, turn right, and then make another immediate right. The only way I found it was because there are super bright lights where they work on the car, as compared to the rest of the dark parking garage. When I arrived, someone working there pulled up my appointment, asked for the key, and was ready to start the work. I dropped my car off at 3 p.m. for the exclusive car wash- hand car wash and dry, exterior windows, wheel wiped and dressed, door and jams cleaned, light dash dusting, full vacuum and trunk, spray wax and shine, and console and plastics wiped for $90 (Sedan size car). Confession: I've been driving this car for about four years and have never washed it. The employee working there quoted 4:30, if not sooner, for a pickup time but said he would call me when it was ready. At 4:45, I called to check in, and he said it was SO dirty that he was still working on it. He said I was welcome to come pick it up now, but he wanted to keep working on it so it would look brand new. No big deal! I just waited in the Hyatt lobby (with free WiFi). The guy working on my car stayed 30 minutes past closing to finish my car up (and my car was the only one there). He put so much work into steaming everything and getting all the dirt out of my car. When I got my car, we inspected it together while he pointed out all the things he worked on and was super genuine. He was critical saying he couldn't get the trunk perfect, but it honestly looked brand new to me. I am THRILLED with the positive results and great service and will definitely take my car back here again to get it cleaned, but this time I won't wait as long before I do! ;-) read more

One of the best car details I've had in the area. I recently moved to the area for work from New York and my Alfa Romeo Giulia was driven to Bellevue. It was driven through rain, snow, dirt and frankly every other element on earth. I came in to Eco Car the next day, a bit skeptical to be honest. Car detailing places are always a hit or miss. He explained that the staff was really overwhelmed because the place was understaffed that day. Given his genuine and prompt response, I am updating this to a 3 star review and will give it another try next time! I will have to say my experience with this place is very disappointing. I came to this place with very high expectations because the reviews online are good and price point is very high ($150 after tip for a car wash). I purchased the elite service. They told me to pick up in 1.5 hours but I didn't hear back from them after 2 hours and I had to call the place myself just to learn that my car was "ready". Upon arrival, I inspected the car and realized most of my aftermarket interior accessories (i.e floor mats, trunk mat, pedal cover, etc) are gone even though I was told it's "ready". Then I found out they were being scattered all over the place, on the wet and dirty floor. I had to check with the staff multiple times to inform them about my missing accessories, one at a time. They also don't seem to store your car keys at a safe location (mine was just left in the car and someone can just drive the car away). They then rushed to dry the mats and put them back in place even though it's still pretty. I also realized all my sunroof holding clips are gone, some missing some on the backseats, obviously not put back in place after I got home. Overall, the car is cleaned ok (still see some dirt spots on the outside) but given that they do not even care about putting back your accessories or removing them properly, I would not recommend this place. read more

I have a BMW-328i, after a roadtrip, the car was covered in what appear to be tree SAP. It was very difficult for me to remove and I was concerned about how long it would take. By my estimates, it probably would have taken me 4-8 hours of polish and scraping the stuff. ECO CAR cafe was able to do the job in less than two hours. They even cleaned and waxed the car. These guys are great, professional, and very convenient to East, Northeast & Central Seattle. (The Northgate location is closed, but Bellevue is easy to get to and very convenient to pull into.) This is the best value for working people who need full service car wash and don't have time to do it themselves at Brown Bear, etc. They will do a great job and the money invested will keep the value on your car. My kid said the car looked like it did when we rolled it off the lot a year ago. They did a great job washing the car inside and out and polishing up the wheels. What's more, they spotted what I thought was bird droppings for cement drippings off my garage, saving me damage on my car. I took the car back the next week, and they removed the cement as if it it had never been there. I got the Exclusive Service for inside & out cleaning ($100). They'll do just your exterior for $40. They also do stuff like pet hair & odor removal, which you'll never get from a self service shop. The car smelled clean but not chemically clean, which is a plus. I wanted to really love this place. It's conveniently located. But sadly, they were not up to par. I paid over $350 for an interior and exterior detail, and honestly, it looked like they did a quick vacuum and ran the car through an automated car wash. That's it. The workers were friendly, but but there was still dirt and debris in the car, the windows were smudged and wet, and the surfaces were not cleaned or polished. They also did not get out any stains in upholstery or carpet, or clean around the trunk frame or bottom of the doors inside. Their shop is located in the bottom of the parking garage at the Hyatt, so it's very hard to see if the car is actually well detailed until you get it outside. They had my car for 4 1/2 hours. I had to take it home and finish the job. Definitely do not recommend. read more
