I needed my car detailed because I had an incident where my son's friend threw up on my car. I did my best to clean it but the smell still lingered so I know I didn't get it as well as someone else could. And honestly, my car needed to be detailed anyways. It was LONG over due. Mauro communicated that vomit would take a little longer to clean and would have to use an ozone machine to help and it may take up to two days to get the car cleaned. When I picked up my car, it had the brand new car smell and the inside of my car was epically cleaned. The leather seats looked amazing and I hadn't seen them look that nice since I first purchased my car. He did an amazing job with cleaning my car and it was so clean that nobody is allowed to ever step foot in my car again lol. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

He is a nice guy, who is excited about his work but he missed several spots on our car. It was supposed to be a complete interior & exterior detail but he missed some key points. -There is pollen in the window seals and he did not get that out AT ALL -When the trunk is up the white paint exposed area was not cleaned at all. It still has a lot of dirt. -gas cap area was cleaned but behind the joint of the gas cap is still extremely dirty. -Next to driver seat there was still coffee on the plastic -He did not shampoo our cloth seats which seems like a basic necessity of a detail -still sap on the car from being parked under the trees The other issue I have is that Irvin said the cost was $192 + gratuity. When he got here, he saw the dog hair in the car and decided to tack on an extra $85 for the dog hair - seemed high to me but felt as though I couldn't say anything about it. Then on top of that when he brings the bill he says that he requires 20% or 25% gratuity on a bill of $470 dollars not the $192 + $85 - this had me feeling conned or taken advantage of. I am disappointed and would have expected more from the detail. I'm sorry it was just too expensive for the job done. Edit: Irvin just called me & left a message saying he disagreed with what I have said. He said he cleaned and shampooed carpets which is correct, but I specified the seats not the carpets. He also said sap removal is extra as well. I am not completely in his words "dissing" his service, I'm just saying he missed spots and they should be noted. I also don't appreciate the phone call saying I, as the customer is wrong. To me, that is not good service when all I have been is friendly to Irvin. I'm happy with the detail for the most part, he did an excellent job of cleaning the dog hair out of the carpet but just because I don't give you 5 star review doesn't mean you need to call me to get upset. I got the appointment within 48 hours, and Adrian arrived on time. He communicated well, and did a great job finding mold in places I didn't know to look, which justified upgrading from a tier 1 to a tier 2 mold option. There are two small dark spots on my light gray leather that he was unable to completely remove, easily ignored. My only complaint is he did not have the ingredients listing for three of the solutions he used for cleaning (understandably filled at the shop by someone else into refillable spray bottles).
