No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.

He told me he'd just gotten in a car accident on his way to my house and was still at the scene, waiting for the police - yet the background on his end was dead silent, as if he were at home and had just woken up. My son is a police officer in the area, and there were zero reports of an accident in the area he told me he was in, at the time he told me the accident happened. I absolutely HATE being lied to. However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
