The sign says 2 dollars but was charged 10 dollars.

As many reviews have already stated, the machines WILL overcharge you and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. Also getting less time for more for vacuum strength is already a ridiculous concept. Such a low quality car wash place that overcharges you. Make sure to dispute the bank charge

Yikes. Should have read the reviews... went more for the fun of it for the kids but the wash itself is not worth the $17. The rear of my car is super spotty and downright unwashed in some spots. Not worth it

I've used the drive through car wash a few times no problem. Well, today, I paid but it was glitching and didn't work. As opposed to rushing to write a bad review about the machine, I decided to reach out to Karl, (through Facebook messenger on their business page) who sent one of his employees Connor to the car wash to compensate me by letting me go through the drive through again (free of additional charge) this time with a working machine. My car is happy, I'm happy, and I'm leaving this review as a thank you for awesome customer service. This was resolved in less than 15 minutes. You made my day, guys! Thank you!!

Paid for the $12 automatic wash (comes with everything). See photos but really not impressed.

I keep making the same mistake coming back here so I'm reviewing the business to not forget again! The automatic wash has broken on me before and just doesn't do a good job. But the main reason I'm writing this is to warn customers about the hard water from the self serve bays. If you do not immediately dry your car you will have water spots everywhere... water spots that even after washing will leave an outline that only goes away after you clay bar and buff with compounds. Do yourself a favor and invest in your own high pressure sprayer or vacuum instead of wasting money here.

This is probably the place that I'm going to visit very often now. I never realized this car wash was so close to my house. I love how you can do all the manual car wash without having a huge line waiting like any Brown Bear Car wash. I don't prefer doing the automated car wash system because it's not going to spotless clean in my opinion. $3 to start the system, usually it last for about 4 mins.

Horrible vacuums! They have no suction power. This wasn't my first try either. I had to vacuum same section at least 3-4 times.

The soap was not rinsed off my car. I could see it running down my windows. I had to drive home and rinse my car off with a hose.

Ask the Community - Rainbow Carwash

Are there self serve vacuums fam?

Yes. But if set a floormat or piece of trash on the ground while vacuuming the owner will curse at you and call the cops and treat you like a criminal.

I've been getting my car detailed at Eco Car Cafe Bellevue at least once a year since I got it in…read more2020. Between snowboarding all winter and camping all summer, my car takes a pretty solid beating, and they've become my go-to for the annual reset. Most recently, I brought it in after Burning Man, which was a whole different level of dirty. First, a PSA because I have to look this up every single time: they're inside the Bellevue Square parking garage on P3 and can be surprisingly hard to find. The easiest route I've found is entering the garage from 10th Ave and driving straight forward from the entrance. The nearby elevator takes you up into the Hyatt and is also the easiest way to find your car again afterward. Now that I've written this down for all of you, perhaps I will finally remember it myself. I usually get the Elite package, and my car comes back spotless, smelling amazing, and feeling almost new. I've tried several other detailers in Seattle, including Eco Car's mobile detailing, and nothing has come close to the results I get at the Bellevue location. It's why I continue making the trek out here. For my post-Burning Man appointment, I upgraded to the Extreme Elite package. I wasn't expecting literal perfection given the amount of playa dust embedded in every conceivable crevice, but they did better than I expected. They got an incredible amount of dust out, including around the rubber seals, and pointed out some areas where I could consider paint correction. My car genuinely feels new again as long as I'm not squinting too hard into the tiniest nooks and crannies. I also really appreciate that they have bright inspection lights so you can actually look over the car before leaving, even in the dim garage. They also let you come back within a week if you notice something that needs a touch-up. For my fellow Burning Man people: I did a vinegar wash outside and vinegar wipe-down inside as soon as I got home to help neutralize the playa dust before bringing it in. I also attempted Calgon, which turned into a bizarre sticky, oily smudge fest on my car and required hot water to remove. Cannot personally recommend that experiment. One small hiccup on this most recent visit involved the garage rather than Eco Car. Because the Burning Man detail took more than five hours, I learned that the standard parking validation only covered the first five. When I tried to leave, I was told I owed $10 for the extra time. I remembered then that Eco Car had given me an additional ticket or validation on a previous long visit, but the parking attendant told me I couldn't turn around to ask and rather dismissively said, "it's ONLY $10." With cars lining up behind me, I just paid it. Not Eco Car's fault, but not a particularly pleasant way to end the visit either. If your detail is going to take more than five hours, definitely ask about parking before you leave. All that said, I'll absolutely keep coming back. I've tried to find somewhere closer that does as good a job, and so far, I haven't.

The place is in a garage. So they have limited space, artificial lighting…read more The people are friendly and nice. They also have integrity. However the work done required lot of correction. They did it; but I spent time inspecting it and asking them to do it. It missed attention to the details. They have multiple packages; some are basic and others do pressure wash etc. The cost is reasonable; but attention to the detail was missing. I do not see appeal to get a higher end package.

Pair that with a set of kids and grubby fingers who like to draw pictures in the pollen! As a result, I'd rather hit the $3 you-spray stalls to rinse this stuff off before the kids get to it, and before it accumulates into a full-on grime. One day the you-spray stalls were full and I didnt feel like waiting in line, which is usually the case here. It seems to be open all the time tho, so I've pulled in late in the evenings and gotten a stall, then, no problem. But I was overdue for a wash, so I pulled into the mechanical stalls most people are used to. My first reaction is how incredibly expensive it is. I was curious what a $20 car wash looked like so I just went for it. I was kinda hoping for some real treatment, like a rag to clean your dash while you wait, like the car wash places used to do. But no rag. It was actually really fast and I felt disappointed at how quick it was done, like I felt a better job needed to take more time. I get home and check it out and the car is about as clean as it can get, but I also noticed the car *stayed* clean. Like, it still shined after a couple weeks and I didn't feel like I needed to go right back in. I think they're using a higher quality wax than most washes. For $20 I'm not sure I'd be heading back too frequently, but I would recommend for those with nicer cars than me who care more than I do. The you-spray is a nice option to rinse before you hit the actual contact carwash with the scrub brushes too and they're in the same parking lot. So if you're super into your car, this is probably a great place to get it cleaned.
